Another successful project delivered by the Rossiter Constructions team.

We’re pleased to have completed the new @7elevenaus Petrol Station and Convenience Store, providing a modern and accessible destination for motorists and the surrounding community.

From site establishment through to completion, this project required close coordination between our client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a high-quality outcome. The finished development reflects the collaborative approach and attention to detail that drive every Rossiter project.

Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and commitment throughout the build.

Project underway in Melbourne’s south east, delivered by Southside Concrete & Vic Wide Concreting.

From the initial set-out to final pour, every stage has been approached with intent. The prep is where the standard is set!

Levels, base, boxing and reinforcement all dialled in before a single drop hits the ground.

Execution follows through just as strong. Clean pours, consistent finishes and a team that understands the importance of getting it right the first time.

Top-tier work comes from a top-tier process and this is exactly that.

When you’re younger, you’ll train with anyone who’ll show up.
Big crews. Loud talk. Every workout feels like a social hour.
Then the years stack up like fence posts.
You realise not everyone’s built for early mornings, dust in the lungs, and work that doesn’t clap back.
So the circle gets smaller.
Out on the ranch — iron under the sun, dirt under your boots —
the gym becomes a home away from home.
No mirrors. No ego. Just a few good hands who turn up, lift honest weight, and get back to work.
Less people.
Better standards.
Stronger trust.
That’s not losing a circle —
that’s building a ranch with people who belong on it.

🌅 IRON COWBOYS 🤠🔥
From two lone rangers grinding in the dark hours of the morning…
Two tired souls squeezing training between life’s chaos…
Two stubborn mules refusing to let excuses win.

Now look at us.
A ranch full of cowboys and cowgirls charging through the gates every day, chasing strength, grit, and the best damn version of themselves.

This crew don’t “find time.”
They make it.
They rope it, wrestle it, and force it to work for them.

Early alarms. Long days. Heavy lifts.
No whining. No shortcuts.
Just commitment, community, and that Iron Cowboy attitude:

💥 Show up.
💥 Do the work.
💥 Become who you said you’d be.

To every cowboy and girl in the ranch
you’re proof that consistency builds legends.

Now saddle up.
We ain’t done yet. 🤘🔥🐂

The Iron Cowboys are hitching the reins and putting the horse back in the stable after one hell of a first year on the competition floor. 🤠💪

From dust to podiums it’s been a ride built on grit, mate-ship, and pure horsepower. The team found success, but make no mistake… this is just the warm-up.

We’ll reassess the landscape, sharpen the tools, and ride again when the next storm rolls in. Get ready to see more of our Cowboys/girls on the rodeo floor next year. This gang rides hard and is growing.

The Iron Cowboys aren’t done, we’re only getting started. ⚒️🌪️🐎
