Congos team for the Death Valley 2 release.⭐️🌟💫 This journey was very inspiring and indeed very close to my heart , I was blessed to work with such a talented amazing crew and cast. 🔥❤️🕺🎬 Thanks to my bhai for pulling me up into this team, ❤️❤️❤️🎬🎬🎥🎥 First of all thanks a lot to my Bhai, who stood like a pillar for me at every step taking me through the joinery of craft from colour to lights to lensing and framing.🕺🎬❤️🔥😍🎥🕺 I wish to Thank Simon, Nikki , Tracie, Becky, Amy, Jasper from the production and direction team.🎬🎬❤️😍 Thanking Jon, Scott, Mars, Cai, ben, Steve and chai for helping me learn more technicalities and teaching even the smallest bit of rigging cameras to marinating the standard set norms for shooting films internationally.🎥🎬🌟💫😁🤗🤗❤️ Thank you very much my buddies, Craigee and tee for letting me use the pewee and gear head wheels and also to teach me how to coordinate with grips in order to get some specific stylized shots. The scorpio was a banger.❤️😁🫶💪😎 Thank you every one who held me up, gave me such an opportunity to be with you all. 😎❤️💫🔥🌟😍🕺 I definitely see this as a blessing. Many more to come.❤️😎😁🎬🎥🫶 #filmmaking #cinematography #britishfilm #internaltional #filmmaker @bbcstudios @bbccymruwales

Last week I was fortunate to be able to take part in the @sgilcymru step up to Ac course. I wanted to take the time to thank everyone involved in organising and planning the course. @lowrithomas64 managed this brilliant weeks worth of training that began @filmsat59 where we learned the different aspects of prepping as a 1st and 2nd Ac. The rest of the week was spent at Enfys Studios where @vidge1 and @scottwaller89 had designed a program of learning where we got hands on with the cameras, learning how to program lenses and build different focus systems on the Sony Venice and ARRI 35. I really appreciated their practical and informed knowledge from their collective decades of experience in the industry. I feel that film really is one of the truly collective art forms. When we work together as a collaborative force we can be greater than the sum of our parts. One thing I will take away from this week is a deeper appreciation for the different roles in the department and the demands upon each of them. There are so many different factors to consider and take in to account for a good take and that unwritten shorthand that exists between the crew for the stars to align is what makes it a special and unique event. A huge thank you to @gareth9122 for bringing his professionalism and guidance to our ragtag crew. You didn’t just settle for good enough but pushed us to find the shot we were satisfied with made the experience a truly collaborative one. Thanks to @steve.rees.9212 for his insight with camera operating. @a_n_t_0_1_n_e thanks for taking so many great pictures over the week, it’s great to have something to look back on with this week. Thanks to my fellow trainees who took part in this endeavour @andrea_jova @lewis.hemmings_ @ciaran.peacock @_maddiefletcher_ @s_lmasal_h @marcelinadoesphotos it was great to see you in the roles I’m sure to see you all in, in the future. Massive thanks to the grips for letting me play with their toys Martin, Ben and Aled, I don’t have any of your handles sorry so please tag em if u guys do. Also not to forget our brilliant actors for the day for their passionate performances. @ameliab7 and the 3rd Doctor I’ve worked with!
