Stillness in ~Movement~

As living bodies is it possible to find stillness in Movement?

With ongoing feeds about Stillness in movement where yoga teachers, facilitators & movement artists are sharing workshops or retreats i want to ask how is stillness found?

Stillness is the absence of Movement, even if we are attending the gross physical body to arrive at stillness can we share more about stillness in mind.

Can we instead explore to train our bodies to move consciously to gain authority over our memories, impressions and emotional patterns.

Stillness in mind is possible and it shall reflect in our actions.

To all young dancers & yoga teachers i would like to share

1-Do not be afraid to fail.
The real failure is not trying.

2-Do not judge yourself!
The world will still judge you.

3- Act & reflect
A work in progress generates an attractive field for uncovering possibilities unexplored & motivates you to keep working towards your goal

4- Stop making excuses. Procrastination cheats us from experiencing life

5- Accept all ideas.
The best way to build resilience is not to resist

When you have cool and good friends, use them to promote your song. 🥰🥰🥰

Jokes apart, this was really one of the most beautiful days I have had in a long long time. All these guys knowing the lyrics to my songs by heart, feels like a trophy to me. Makes me believe in myself a little more. Grateful. ❤️

If you haven’t heard Raastay yet, link in bio. ❤️
