This is me….
I want to re introduce myself after gaining A-LOT of new followers,
It means the world to me that I have so many people watching me, and helping me with my journey to my dream.

I am Freya Mclaughlin, I really enjoy playing Acid, Techno and hard house
As you can probably tell though, I don’t get to play it out often.
It is where my heart is with music.
Right now with my situation I am playing old-skool house and dance music,
Hopefully in the future I will be including Acid and techno into my sets when the moment is right with my career.

I really enjoy playing house music, don’t get me wrong its brilliant,
its just not where I see myself in 10 years time.

I am a working DJ taking bookings left right and centre recently, I have really taken off
And I am so grateful for everyone trusting me with there event/partys.

If you are wondering how to get in-touch or have any enquiries
Please message the number in my bio or reply to my storys.
Instagram DMs are currently not working unfortunately!

Thank you for being apart of this journey so far..

As the 2026 Summer season comes to an end , i would like to thank everyone who has came to watch me and support me throughout this season!

It has been a whirlwind of emotions, from loosing my spark for DJing, to building myself up and coming back as better as i have ever been, thanks to @lescalvert helping me get back onto my feet and we also had a viral video too which had really helped me with my social media.

I am exceeding my own expectations for this year and we still have months left. I have been apart of line ups that i am so grateful for, been on indemand radio with @daveworthy79 , resident shows for @snoopbobbybob1 and been given the opportunity to play @getupmate_collective first show in liverpool

So thank you ♥️

Today’s Reiki session was centred around something so many of us carry without even realising…

The weight of the past.

We focused on gently releasing old emotions, past experiences, and the stories that have been living in the body for far too long.

So often, we believe we’ve “moved on” because our mind has. But our nervous system can still respond as if those moments are happening right now. That’s why we can feel triggered, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, even when life looks completely different.

During this session, the intention wasn’t to erase the past—it was to help create space.

Space to breathe.
Space to soften.
Space to let go of what no longer serves.

Reiki works by encouraging deep relaxation, allowing the body to shift out of survival mode and into a state where healing becomes possible. When we feel safe, we begin to release what we’ve been holding onto.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened.
It means no longer allowing the past to control your present.

Watching someone leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves is exactly why I love this work. 🤍

If you’ve been carrying the weight of your past for longer than you’d like, maybe it’s time to stop carrying it alone.

✨ DM me if you’d like to experience a Reiki session for yourself.
