NOBODY UNDERSTANDS BODYBUILDING🙄The whole point of cutting down for a competition is to hype your basal metabolic rate so as to increase your metabolism for the purposes of using a Glycogen Super Re-Compensation or re-feed and BULK, during the 4 weeks prior to your last competition is the most optimal time period to build the most amount of muscle mass so at the end of the season, this is why you see some “smart IFBB pros” gain so much weight after they compete “ITS ON PURPOSE!!!” I have increased my Lean Body Mass using this method of nutritional science for 30 years!!!
Most bodybuilders get smaller as they age I’m getting BIGGER !💪🏽🏆👍🏽

The DUMBED DOWN MASSES don’t understand healing, it’s not identifying and treating the symptoms it’s about knowing and curing the root cause and preventing the symptoms from happening in the first place. But you can’t make as much money that way , people just can’t figure this out.

All of you bodybuilders that think you’re going to lose body fat and reduce your midsection just by lifting weights are dead wrong 👎🏽 sorry but you cannot argue with science or scientists you’re gonna have to do that fasted steady state cardio😝 just like everyone has been doing for the past 50 years
