VYU: “Revelations” 10/10/10

I dance in my kitchen often before I start my day and before I end it, but it’s been a minute since I have dressed up, ventured out in the evening in London to dance and listen to live music.

My friend encouraged me to come, the guest list was especially selected, intimate. He is an amazing DJ, artist, musician and producer @vizanomusic @viktoreus

Environment he created felt spiritual, organic, natural like we were back in Ibiza. Home.

It was my friend’s birthday, we have known each other since we were little girls. Meena & Maruti are sisters but they have always made me feel like I am their sister too.

Women smiled widely at me. Men checked I wasn’t going to bump my head on the low ceiling upstairs.

We made space for each other.

Thank you Vik for inviting me to experience an evening beginning with breathwork and sonic meditation accompanied by Indian flute, flowing into live performance, music and dance.

A beautiful reminder of what happens when people are given permission to simply be present, express and connect.

It was time to dress up and dance freely barefoot together ….so we did “culturally inspired” yes it is that deep 💃🏽🎶

POV: Your mate’s housewarming… but they somehow have two DJs, a karaoke bathroom and 300 friends. 🏠🎉

Welcome to London’s newest flat share.

Congrats to the flatmates @kamrandehdashti & @jamiehazeel on opening @thelittleneondoor in Shoreditch. Already can’t wait to be back.

(And yep… I’m DJing in the kitchen tonight. 😏)

The moment we saw and experienced the energy behind the sangeet performances the first night, we knew this wedding would be something different. The segments, filled with vibrant waves of love and feeling, pushed us hard to our limits to convey them in a deserving tone. Pooja & Shiv knew what they wanted, and it was clear that those two intense days would unravel beautifully.

Pooja and Shiv’s wedding in Hua Hin unfolded like a modern fairytale - imagined entirely on their own terms, where boundaries dissolved and love took center stage.
Set against the natural beauty of Thailand, their destination celebration felt cinematic and immersive, with moments that flowed effortlessly from electric to intimate. Every detail, every transition, and every pause in between felt intentional, creating a world that was romantic, refined, and undeniably magical.
A truly timeless beginning to Pooja & Shiv’s forever. 🤍

This bride had three requests from her wedding day, an epic dress, amazing floor and an incredible party. Safe to say she did not leave the dance floor all night (wearing her third dress of the day 👌🏻)
