❦ ❧Late summer early autumn. Landing from a summer that went by fast, but felt like many chapters, starting this autumn with celebrating another year around the sun, slowly coming back to routines, holding classes, starting new heart projects and going back to school. September left me feeling restless and tired at the same time, melancholic, excited and really grateful. I have been practicing creating intimacy more and more in all areas of my life. Showing up with awareness, presence, and honesty from moment to moment makes me feel more alive and closer to life. Feels like a good addiction with no end. Other healthy addictions have been nature, facetime with my nephew, inversions, running, playing drums and falling asleep in my hammock. Which I guess is a sign that more rest is needed ๑•ᴗ•๑)づ♡

Det er fremdeles surrealistisk å tenke på at jeg skal bli mor. Umulig å faktisk vite hva vi går til. Hvem vi møter. Så mange nye tanker, følelser, sensasjoner. Å bli hent ny av å bære frem noe helt nytt men som har kjent oss lenge.

We’re delighted to welcome @trylleting back to Trollkauk this year — a gentle, magical space created by @vildeamelia and @theabandea to nourish both body and soul.

Bringing jars of herbs, baskets of textiles, and plenty of homemade baked goods, Trylleting offers a warm place to land amidst the festival buzz.

Join their quiet morning gatherings by the river, where they share herbal teas, hair infusions, body scrubs, and oils.

Stop by the Trylleting tent for their brunch jam at noon, featuring fresh scones, warm drinks, and live music. It’s a joyful meeting place for old and new friends, and you’re warmly invited to bring an instrument and join in.

Throughout the festival, Vilde and Thea will be serving sweet and savoury snacks, herbal teas, coffee, and good conversation.

Whenever you need a moment of calm, the Trylleting tent will be there — a cozy space to rest, reconnect, and simply be.

And who knows? You might leave with a new favourite balm, herbal tea, handmade festival accessory, or a little bit of everyday magic.

We’re so happy to have Trylleting with us again, and we can’t wait for you to experience it!
