@graveltonph See you soon 🫡! Was out sick last year and was hard to watch everyone out having so much fun 😬

Being back at Gravelton is always one of the highlights of my year. This isn’t just another race to be honest, but to be with the wider @specialized_sg Asia Family.

Happy also to catch up with all the peeps that have been checking in on me, cheering me on and supporting. The team in the background that’s keeping the bike rolling. The people you don’t see who make all of this a reality. Even thought I don’t see them often, I feel their presence every time, on my rides, races and adventures 🧡

That’s what support looks like and I don’t take it lightly.

SEE YALL SOON 🫡🥳

Heading straight into the GroupRide team competition! On two wheels, we discover different sides of Taiwan—misty tea garden, traditional Chinese temples, and Longteng Broken Bridge—while experiencing Taiwanese culture through the rhythm of music.

Time to hit the road 🚴‍♂️🎶

Soaking in the Hotel Royal Chihpen hot springs and getting sports massages from XOJON Recovery last night brought the whole crew back to full strength!

Looking through KPLUS eyewear at the vivid Taitung blue, we ride along the east coast at just the right pace—feeling the ocean breeze and taking in the view.

Even when crosswinds scatter the group, the live positions and relative distances on GroupRide bring us back together at capes and turns, finishing the remaining miles side by side.

After working up a sweat, tapping Garmin Pay to hunt for local convenience store snacks—the most ordinary routine, when shared, becomes the true shape of joy.

Day 5 🇹🇼 | The last ride 🥹🩵
From our final ride into Taipei to squeezing in a few more moments together before saying goodbye. Grabe, 5 days went by so fast!!

I think the hardest part of Garmin Asia Ride is saying goodbye to everyone just when you’re starting to get closer. 🥹

Until the next ride, GCC fam! @garmincyclingclub 🚴🏻‍♀️🩵

Almost a week of riding around Taiwan, and somehow, the hardest part was saying goodbye.

We came as strangers and left as friends, with unforgettable rides, shared adventures, and memories I’ll forever cherish.

Taiwan, thank you for the journey. Until we ride together again.

On the final day of our ride, we tackled Taipei’s most iconic climb, Fengguizui (風櫃嘴), along with the Wimp Climb, before wrapping up with a wonderful farewell event at @theplacetaipei.

Throughout the tour, I was truly amazed by Taiwan’s breathtaking landscapes and diverse riding routes. Beyond the saddle, staying at stunning @hotelroyalgroup properties in each region and taking part in all the thoughtful cultural experiences made this journey genuinely unforgettable.

Riders representing different countries—each with unique personalities—were all so warm and welcoming. I’ll deeply treasure every moment we shared together, and I truly hope our paths cross on the saddle again someday! 🫶🏻

A huge thank you to @garmincyclingclub for their incredible support, attention to detail, and fun programs. This ride has given me unforgettable memories and invaluable experiences that will inspire my cycling journey for years to come.

Special thanks to all the sponsors who made the Garmin Asia Ride possible! 🙏🏼

🇬🇧 Garmin Asia Ride Day 6｜Jiaoxi Hotel Royal ➡️ Nangang Hotel Royal

We started the morning at Yilan Linghui Temple, experiencing the local faith and traditional temple music through drums and gongs. 🥁💖 It was a wonderful way for everyone from different countries to connect with Taiwan’s local culture.

Today’s ride took us to Fengguizui, one of Taiwan’s famous cycling routes, before we completed our final pigeon formation together. 🕊️

With Garmin Share, sharing routes was effortless. GroupRide helped us stay connected, track each other’s locations, and send messages along the way — making the journey safer and even more meaningful.

As we arrived at Nangang Hotel Royal, it finally hit me: our seven-day, six-night adventure was coming to an end.

It all felt like a beautiful dream.

We came from different countries and spoke different languages. We started as strangers, but Garmin brought us together in Taiwan. We rode through mountains and along the coast, shared laughter, and created memories that will always belong to us. ❤️

The most precious part of a journey isn’t how many kilometers we ride or how many beautiful places we see. It’s the people we meet along the way.

Thank you, Garmin, Hotel Royal, and every single rider who made these seven days unforgettable. 🥹

I hope one day, in another country or another city, we’ll put on our cycling kits, get back on our bikes, smile, and say, “It’s been so long!”

Carrying memories of Taiwan, may we all fly toward new adventures around the world. 🕊️🇹🇼

This is not goodbye. It’s see you again. ❤️
