On the plane ride back to Kansas, I saw the longest sunset ever! Headed toward the setting sun at 400 mph resulted in a slow burn into night time.
My birthday was something I never expected. I flew to Hollywood and spoke my peace to the people.

Not my first time in LA and it won't be my last.

I'm almost 30 now, just a couple years off.
I figured I'd make my 30th post on insta
something significant.

One thing I learned quickly in this musical journey is that the approval/appreciation of people forty and up, and especially 50+ women, means more to me than any other compliment I could dream of.

If my elders approve, then
I know I'm on the right path.

I get comments like:
"I don't usually like rap,
but I like what you do!"
And
"So this is your full time gig, right?"
And
"Youre going to be rich and famous!"

The show is Hollywood went amazingly. I wasn't able to get pictures with everyone, but everyone was on point, you should have seen it! That and the skyline view from the hills we slept between in the suv.

I have a lot to think about
I have a lot to be grateful for! Opportunities knocking around every corner, it is a beautiful conundrum.

This Saturday I will be at The Legendary Boobie Trap Bar, Febuary 8, collecting donations to rebuild Largo Vista Grill which burned to the ground very recently. I am all in on Charity events! If my art can help others, that is whats most important.

I have a lot of shows coming up.

And that isn't all.

I have overbooked myself somewhat.
I love how much people want me around,
but it's not working to take every chance.
Fact is, I'm going through a lot of changes.
I'll tell you three:

Every show that I have already booked
I will still be playing.
But from now on,

- I will be booking one to two shows per month.

- With the rare exception of select charity and community events, I will not be booking anymore shows that are free to enter.

- Features are $111
