Prague. No. 38 on Europe's 50 Best Bars. And a menu built entirely around storytelling.

Brought to BRIFT 2026 by @moninromania , Jan Vlasák and Vilém Lánský are part of the team behind Forbína, the Prague cocktail bar built inside the historic Lažanský Palace, right across from the National Theatre. Every drink on their menu is tied to a specific opera, ballet or play, turning a cocktail list into a piece of theatre itself.

At BRIFT 2026, they break down exactly how that works with "The Anatomy of a Detail: From Concept to Menu": how an idea becomes a story, and how a story becomes something you can actually pour.

No. 38 in Europe. One theatre's worth of stories on a single menu. And two more names confirmed for BRIFT 2026, courtesy of Monin.

Some bars serve drinks. Forbína stages them. 🍸

Nové menu ve Forbíně!
A podle toho, co jsme ochutnali při uvedení, to bude opravdu pecka!

Skvělé drinky, skvělá atmosféra a hlavně skvělá práce celého týmu. Uvedení nového menu nemělo chybu.

Takže za mě jasný vzkaz: vyrazte do Forbíny a ochutnejte sami! #vikydoporucuje
