Cooking in south of France 🌸🥒🥕🥬

I had an amazing trip in Provence staying at @villa_vauvert 🧡

Working on some glowing skin recipes and I cant wait to share them all with you🥰

You want glowing skin? Add more of these foods in your diet.

Artichokes- excellent for the liver and rich in antioxidants and photochemicals.

Steamed artichokes
-cut the stem off
-bowl them with half a lemon and some some sea salt.
-takes about 20 minutes depending on the size of the artichokes
-eat the meaty part of the leaves dipping them in your fave vinaigrette

For many women, reinvention doesn't begin with a plan.

It begins with a pause.

A moment to step away from the demands, expectations, and responsibilities of everyday life and reconnect with the quiet voice that often gets drowned out by everything else.

✨ May 6 - 11, 2027 ✨

I'm excited to share the next ReinvenHER South of France Retreat—an intimate five-night experience in Provence designed for women who are navigating a transition, seeking greater alignment, or simply feeling called to create space for what comes next.

Together we'll explore, reflect, connect, and enjoy the beauty and rhythm of Provence, while creating room to consider not just what we do, but how we want to live.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.

I had the pleasure to photograph and make some little “reels” content for @villa_vauvert , a rental home hidden away in a splendid forest of Provence. In the heat of the summer, this place is like a green refuge. Rebecca and Michel thought of every detail with care and love to ensure one has a beautiful experience of the Luberon.

Australian school friends reunited in the South of France at Bec’s beautiful hotel @villa_vauvert — sunshine, long lunches, and the kind of friendships that never really change.

Already looking forward to coming back for the intimate @reinvenher retreat founded by JoAnn Eilers — a thoughtful program created for women navigating reinvention, growth, and new chapters.

Stay tuned and contact @reinvenher for more details. A once in a life experience!

A few days here and you understand why people return. 🤍

Something on a very personal note …

Last year I was at the end of a 20-year marriage, navigating a very emotional divorce, while at the same time trying to build something entirely new with my business. It was an extremely difficult time for me and my children.

It was one of those moments where one era is clearly ending...
but the next hasn’t fully taken shape yet.

What I didn’t realize at the time was how much of that transition wasn’t just external—it was internal.
How I was thinking.
What I was holding onto.
The version of myself I needed to step into next.

Working with Jo Ann through the ReinvenHER Blueprint was an extremely meaningful part of that process.

It helped me move through that transition with a level of clarity and self-awareness I didn’t have before-and I genuinely credit that work as a major force in how I came out the other side ❤️.

More grounded.
More intentional.
And ultimately, more aligned-in both my life and the business I’ve built since.

She’s now creating something that feels like a natural extension of that work- a very small, private transformational retreat in the South of France this September, designed for women who are in a similar moment.
Not a vacation.
Not a typical retreat

A space to step out of the noise... and actually think clearly about what’s next.

If you’re in that in-between space-where one chapter is closing and something new is beginning-this is worth paying attention to. It helped me in so many ways that I feel I must share this with other women.

Feel free to DM @ReinvenHER if you want to learn more. Or please feel free to ask a question in the comment’s ❤️

Mom’s visit 2/3!! We next traveled down to the south of France in the Luberon province! Such incredible views and wonderful time spent with old friends! Featuring a cameo from a 2000 year old roman bridge! Next stop: Barcelona!
