Over 60+ of us RAN, LEARNED ABOUT AI, AND DANCED this past month at our flagship MILES & SALSA event 💃!!

This was truly a one of a kind event that we got to host alongside our friends from @runlittlehavana and @salsatechmiami at the lovely @bay13brewery!

One of our members (@nochillnerd ) brought up the idea of combining our regular run with @salsatechmiami mission of teaching AI while making it fun with Salsa dancing.

The outcome was a vibrant celebration of movement, community, and culture 🏃‍♀️🔥

Shout out to @on for providing shoes to raffle out, congrats Eugenia for winning 🎉

I’m back outside… with a few upgrades 😂💜

ACL rehab update: Your girl is officially on and off the brace! I’m back on the stationary bike, I’m walking again, going up stairs, down is hard, and yes… I have a little limp. I know, I know… I’m not supposed to be limping, but right now it’s giving ✨main character energy✨ (we’re working on it 😂).

Recovery has definitely humbled me, but I’m beyond grateful for all the love, prayers, check-ins, and encouragement. Y’all have carried me through. I been testing my social battery alone and with friends which is always a time. I love a field trip !!

Now it’s time to lock into a new workout and strength-training routine, keep this knee knee-ing, and get these creative juices flowing. Support @thicklikeme.dance . I’ve got some projects to dream up for the organization and for myself.

Slow motion is still motion(add Juvie UHHHH) Catch me outside… just don’t ask me to run. 😅🦵🏾💪🏾✨

LOOKS LIKE WE MADE IT! ✨
This Tuesday we celebrated 6 months of Run Gables!

We kicked off our run @duffystavernfl, and ran among our amazing community leaders @count_dee (@runlittlehavana ) @katsvadbik (@tobedetermined.tc) and @jorgemalfonso (@neveralonerunclub) 🏃‍♀️

Afterwards we raffled away custom Run Gables merch PLUS a special 3-day pass from @airlab_coralgables 💪

Lastly, we spotlighted our most consistent member since day one: @metropolitan_intent 🎉 We rewarded him with a full Lululemon outfit, courtesy of the coral gables @lululemon store and @cristinaisabelramirez !

We’re not worried about the weather!!! We’re manifesting a beautiful night FRIDAY NIGHT because VINESSA BURNETT WILL BEE IN TOWN AND WILL BEE AT THE TINY STAGE!!!!

She’s making a special appearance for her first time coming back to the DFW since flying south to Miami and she’s doing us the honor of being the stage to get some reps in and to say HI! to Dallas community!! That means we need you ALL TO COME OUT TO THE TINY STAGE FRIDAY NIGHT!!! She’s only here this weekend so help us welcome her back the way we know we can!!

If it rains, we’ll just go to the Tiny Corner!
