What happens when businesses promote their participation instead of relying entirely on the event organizer? Imagine 20 vendors each bringing 10 additional people who otherwise wouldn't have attended. That's 200 potential additional attendees. And those visitors aren't limited to the booths that brought them in. They can explore the entire event, discover other vendors, and potentially make purchases elsewhere. The numbers are hypothetical, but the opportunity is worth considering. Every participating business has its own audience. When businesses introduce those audiences to the same event, their individual promotional efforts can create opportunities for everyone. That's the thinking behind Happenings on CrateOnScene. When businesses promote their participation, they're also promoting the event they're part of. crateonscene.com

There's more happening at car shows and conventions than most people realize. Behind every event are organizers, businesses, drivers, models, cosplayers, and attendees. Each has a different reason for being there. Each has something they need from the experience. And whether they realize it or not, what one person does often creates opportunities for someone else. These relationships already exist. We built CrateOnScene around how they actually work. Where Participation Creates Opportunities. Japanese car scents have consistently been some of our best-selling products, whether we're at the mall, car shows, anime conventions, or through our online store. Yet many of these products are still surprisingly hard to find locally. As the official U.S. distributor of Treefrog, Diax, and My Shaldan, we've seen customers go out of their way to find their favorite scents, with many returning regularly to restock. Now imagine bringing that experience into your own business. Not just a few popular scents on the counter, but a dedicated section with a wide selection of authentic Japanese car scents. For an auto shop, detailing business, or retailer, it's an opportunity to become known for something beyond what you already offer. To reach new customers, encourage repeat visits, and give people another reason to discover your business. You're not just adding another product. You're expanding what your business can be. Build your Japanese Car Scents section with Import Crate Wholesale. Importcratewholesale.com.

Every car has a story. Some of it happens at car meets, some at shows, and some along the way. But what if those appearances helped more people discover your build? Every event you participate in becomes part of your car's history, giving others a way to discover your car through the events you've attended. That's the idea behind the Driver Passport on CrateOnScene. Build your presence. Show your experience. Get discovered. Tag that friend who's always taking their car to shows and meets. They might want to see this. CrateOnScene.com

He almost walked away with a $5,000 sponsorship. The brand liked his car. He had 50,000 Instagram followers and plenty of photos from car shows he'd attended. Everything seemed promising. But when the sponsor asked for a record of the events he'd participated in, he didn't have much to show. Not because he hadn't been attending shows. He just never thought about keeping track of them. And with a $5,000 sponsorship on the table, the brand wanted something more concrete to review. Sometimes, opportunities come when you least expect them. The question is whether you're prepared when they do. CrateOnScene lets you build your event participation history, showing where you've been and where you're going next, all in one profile that potential sponsors can review. See an event you'd like to be part of? If the organizer is accepting Model/Cosplayer applications through CrateOnScene, you can apply directly and track your application status without having to reach out through DMs or emails. Become Part of the Official Lineup. Once confirmed by the organizer, your photo and profile appear in the event's Official Appearances section. Now people exploring the event can discover you, view your profile, and see where you'll be appearing. Keep Track of Every Event. Received an invitation from an organizer through CrateOnScene? Or applied to several events yourself? Keep track of invitations, pending applications, confirmations, and waitlists in one place. No more digging through scattered messages to figure out where things stand. Invitations are available through participating CrateOS Official Partner organizers. Part of the Bigger Event Picture. People don't always attend an event for just one attraction. They want to see which cars are participating, who's exhibiting, which brands are involved, and which models and cosplayers will be there. CrateOnScene brings these participants together on the event page, giving attendees more reasons to get excited, discover your profile, and look for you when they arrive. Because your presence doesn't just add to the event. It can also give someone another reason to attend. Guest Appearances is now live on CrateOnScene. Explore at crateonscene.com.

We get asked what CrateOnScene actually is pretty often, especially once people see how we’re using it ourselves. A lot of people first come across it through event listings, then realize there’s more to it than just event discovery. CrateOnScene is built around more than one type of user, so we’ve organized the information by role and topic to make it easier to understand how the different parts fit together. Go to CrateOnScene.com and scroll to the footer. You’ll find links by user type, along with use cases, sponsorship information, and the latest updates. If there’s anything you still want clarified or need help with, feel free to reach out to us.

We get asked about our car sponsorship program pretty often, especially about what it is, how it works, what sponsored drivers receive, and whether someone may qualify. It’s not always something we can fully explain when we’re in the middle of an event, so we put the full explanation in one place. Import Crate is the sponsor. CrateOnScene is the platform we use to manage and document the sponsorship. If you want the full details, including how drivers are considered and what the sponsorship includes, it’s all here: https://importcrate.com/pages/car-sponsorships If there’s anything you still want clarified, feel free to reach out.

A look at Anime NYC before the doors opened. Driving into exhibitor load-in, getting checked in, unloading the van, and walking into our empty booth for the first time. Most people only see the finished booth once the convention opens. This is what it looked like getting Import Crate into the Javits Center before the weekend started. Today we met up with a local customer who used to restock with us at the mall and still wanted to support after the closure. He reached out, placed the order online, and we met up for a quick local handoff. We’re thankful for the people who continue to message us, order from us, and look for ways to keep supporting Import Crate. When we’re nearby and able to accommodate, we’re always happy to make it work. Moments like this also remind us why having Import Crate products available through the right local shops and partners matters. Local access makes it easier for customers to keep finding the products they already know, trust, and enjoy.
