Saturday we were lucky enough to host a very special seminar at @progression_mma with my coach and head of AET - Ninos Dammo, who brought fellow AET black belts Tommy David, Vince Varisano and Luke Smith.

It was special to show Ninos and the crew from AET just how much our community has grown and to have them share their knowledge with everyone on the mats.

All proceeds raised from the event were donated to @riseabovecbr Capital Region Cancer Relief🙏

So grateful to be part of @australian.elite.team

Thank you to Ninos and the boys for coming up to Canberra, we all really appreciated the visit - especially me. ❤️

As 2025 draws to a close, I’m deeply thankful to God for the friendships I’ve built within the BJJ community at Renegade, the Australian Elite Team, across Melbourne, through-out Australia, and around the world.

I’m incredibly grateful to be able to make a living by investing in others and sharing an art I love so much. Looking forward to what 2026 will bring.

God bless and peace to all. 💚🙏

🔥 What a session!

Huge thanks to Professor Ninos, Australian Elite Team Head Coach & Founder, for running an absolute masterclass at Prevail on Saturday.

The room was packed, the energy was unreal, and everyone left with new details, sharper tools, and plenty to think about. There’s nothing quite like learning from someone with decades of high-level experience who genuinely loves to share the art.

Proud of our crew for showing up in force — hungry to learn and represent. This is what makes our little mat family special.
