My business phone rang on the the 20th of July at 13:02 while I was detailing a BMW 4-Series, it was a random landline number calling, I picked up the call with the impression that it will either be a card machine or business loans spam call, intending to end the call in 10 seconds, not knowing that this call will lead me to where am I today, it was scott from @the.prestige.awards , introduced himself and had a 3 minutes conversation with me expressing his interest on behalf of Prestige Awards in enrolling me for the nomination of the best mobile detailing service provider in Berkshire, I knew I could win the award as am confident about my brand, however, I was doubting it might be bit early for me to climb this step of the ladder and was expecting might reach this stage where awarding programs might notice me by 2028 due to the high competition in the market, yet I was confident that there’s high chance of me earning the award as my brand is growing on a very fast phase, I submitted all the documents required with my portfolio and moved on with my busy working weeks until a week ago I received the email from scott informing me that I’ve been shortlisted by the judges, and after a careful consideration I’ve been nominated to be the Mobile Valeting/Detailing Service Of The Year in Berkshire, as much as I was confident about myself and my brand, it took me quiet few minutes to realise,I rang scott and he congratulated me over the phone, invited me to today’s event to celebrate the award. New milestone achieved, one step closer to building the empire, does this mean ill lay back and relax now? Not really, in fact, this is another shot of adrenaline to keep me pushing into the best. I would like to thank @the.prestige.awards for nominating me and rewarding me with what am best at, it was pleasure to meet the judges and the team today I would like to thank everyone who supported me from Day 1 when i launched @vintagedetailinguk every person passed a positive energy to me played a role in motivating me to be where am I today On this occasion, they say America is the land of dreams, I say UK is the land of opportunities 👍🏻 From here onto a new milestone in 2027! 🏆

🚨 One small compensation turned into 5 cars and a monthly maintenance package. A client raised a genuine concern after a detail. I had two choices: ❌ Argue over a small amount of money. ❌ Defend myself and move on. Or… ✅ Take accountability. ✅ Offer a fair solution. ✅ Prioritise the relationship over the transaction. I chose the second option. The result? That same client trusted us with 5 vehicles and joined one of our monthly maintenance programmes. Here’s the lesson for new detailers: Not every complaint is an attack on your business. Sometimes it’s an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism, build trust and create a client for years rather than a single booking. The best clients aren’t always looking for the lowest price. They’re looking for a business that stands behind its work. When a genuine client has a genuine concern, how you respond can determine whether they leave forever or become one of your biggest supporters. Customer service isn’t a cost. It’s an investment. 📍Mobile detailing across Slough, Berkshire & West London 💬 Have you ever gained a long-term client from handling a problem correctly? 👇🏻 @autoglymUK @autofinesse @meguiars @meguiarsUK @turtlewax @gtechniq #DetailingBusiness #CustomerService #MobileDetailing #SmallBusinessTips #CarDetailingUK

💙 Modified Audi S3 — From Premium Valet To Monthly Maintenance 💙 This Audi S3 first came in for our Premium Valet service… and now the client has opted into our monthly maintenance package to keep it looking this sharp all year round 👌🏻 ✔ Deep cleaned alloy wheels ✔ Tyres dressed properly ✔ Glossy protected paintwork ✔ Interior cleaned & refreshed ✔ Exterior maintained to a premium standard The blue paint on this S3 under the light just looks unreal 😮‍💨 This is exactly why maintenance packages matter — once the vehicle is properly detailed, keeping it consistently clean and protected becomes much easier. Modified cars deserve proper maintenance 👀 ⚙️Tuned by: @onyxperformanceltd 🛞Alloys refurbed by: @onyxalloys 📍Mobile detailing across Slough, Berkshire & West London 📩 DM to secure your booking 💬 Blue paint or black paint — what are you choosing? 👇🏻 @autoglymUK @autofinesse @meguiars @meguiarsUK @turtlewax @gtechniq #Slough #WestLondonCars #AudiS3 #ModifiedCars #GlossyCar

💧 Mercedes S-Class — Interior Protection Done Right 💧 This isn’t just clean… it’s protected. After applying @Gtechniq Smart Fabric protection, this S-Class floor mat now repels liquids instead of absorbing them. Watch what happens 👇🏻 ✔ Water sits on the surface ✔ No soaking into the fabric ✔ One shake… and it’s gone ✔ Interior stays cleaner for longer This is why protection matters — not just for paint, but inside the car too. 💬 Would you protect your interior like this? 🫰🏻 @gtechniq @gtechniqworks #MercedesSClass #CarDetailingUK #InteriorDetailing #CeramicProtection #DetailingReels
