Celebrating Karen's Birthday @karenk25we at @trixiemotel in #PalmSprings They closed the place down for us - not sure if that's good or bad but, as to be expected, hijinks ensued. The "suggestion" was to wear pink and, fortunately, I had found this NWT Lilly Pulitzer dress at the thrift store a few months back and had gotten the pink boots in honor of #DollyDay 9-2-5 (September 25) Coincidentally, I found this #trixiemattel make-up kit in the clearance aisle. Thank you Kathy @kf_modern_designs for putting this together and treating us all to a fun, fantastic and phenomenal evening

This is my love letter to @hotlipscoffeeshopcatcity . Make it a point to stop here at least once a week for coffee or tea or a pastry and to shop local from so many makers, artists and independent designers that Tara always says yes to. From the start, Tara has made something so special in the Coachella Valley and every photo speaks volumes. The moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and lighter. It’s truly a rarity to have such a special place like this!
