2025 broke me open in ways I didn’t expect.

I learned, I lost, and somehow, lived through all of it.

There were moments this year that should’ve taken me out. Moments that shook my confidence, my trust, my sense of direction. But every time life tried to crack me, something in me refused to stay down.

We secured our 501(c)(3) at the end of last year, and somehow, through all the chaos, we still grew our capacity by over 400%. That growth wasn’t clean. It wasn’t easy. It came with doubt, betrayal, pressure, and more responsibility than I thought I was ready for.

I realized something:
Most people doubt you because they don’t believe they could do what you’re doing. Their projections have nothing to do with your purpose.

I also learned that some of the hardest hits come from people you trusted the most. That kind of pain forces you to grow a new layer of strength, one that doesn’t disappear when things get heavy.

If I could speak to my younger self, I’d tell him:

You’ll be tempted to quit. Don’t.

Everything you dream about is on the other side of your faithfulness.

As I walk into 2026, I’m holding onto two words: systems and love.

Systems because I finally understand that success requires structure. I need systems to protect my peace, my time, and my purpose, so the weight of growth doesn’t bury me.

Love because love has carried me through every storm this year.
Love for the mission.
Love for the people who believe in me.
Love for the man I’m becoming.
Anything rooted in love survives.
Anything rooted in love multiplies.

I’m stepping into this new year with a softer heart, a sharper mind, and a deeper trust in what’s being built.

What words are you carrying into the new year?

Putting in the work isn’t always pretty. It’s mental battles, physical fatigue, and moments you question if it’s worth it. But every rep, every mistake, every comeback, every loss leads to growth.

Iron sharpens iron. When you compete with people who push you, everyone levels up. Embrace the grind, respect the battle. ⚔️💪
