Extreme Cold Weather Clothing

#MGKLEANERS When the temperature starts to drop and the wind chilly. The #layermethod of dressing is more effective than a single bulky garment. Several layers are built up, each of which has its own part to contribute, insulating air is trapped between as well as within layers, #flexibility is maintained as conditions change. A close fitting layer that provides Insulation and wicks away perspiration from the skin to #maintaincomfort.

The layer next to the skin should be soft, comfortable and able to wick away perspiration quickly so leaving you feeling dry in spite of your exertions in the cold. #Dampclothing in the cold can reduce the insulation significantly, so it is important to get sweat away from your skin and away from your clothes - #breathability is of the utmost importance. To function most efficiently the foundation layer should be close fitting to the body.

For the coldest climates, long underwear is a must. In exceptional cases, call #mgkleaners to treated your material so that it prevents the build up of bacteria that live in sweaty clothes and make them smell, especially important if you don't have lots of changes of clothes or opportunity to wash them very often. ...Making Life a Little Easier

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOVE WHEN WE GET MARRIED 2

As the heightened emotions that once accompanied our love fade, we could find ourselves in a place of disillusion, we do not know or understand what is happening, where have all the feelings gone? Will they return? Did we do anything to make love leave? Is it possible that I may have married the wrong person?

This second stage is sometimes referred to as the disenchantment stage, primarily at this point we begin to notice more sharply the weaknesses of our partners. What we once referred to as the uniqueness in our mate, we now term difference.
In fact, the major things that attracted us to our spouses become the very thing that begins to annoy us; ‘he is a quiet person' turns to ‘he is very boring to be around', ‘he is patient and takes his time to make decisions' turns to ‘he is slow and laid back', ‘she is very friendly and outgoing' becomes ‘she talks too much and doesn't know how to keep a secret', ‘I love her because she can do ‘shakara' becomes ‘she is arrogant or full of herself'. Love is a two-sided coin... This discussion continues on our WhatsApp group and you can be part of it. Send me an in box message requesting to join.

HOUSE CLEANING TIPS : 7

FRIDGE AND FREEZER
Maintaining your fridge and freezer is not at the top of everyone's list, but you should put a fridge-freezer cleaning session on your calendar.
Temperature control to “Off”. Remove food. Remove all bins, drawers and shelves. Wash the inside of the fridge using water and dishwashing liquid. Again, stubborn marks on all surfaces can be removed using baking soda solution.
STAIRS
Stairs get a lot of traffic, but not necessarily a lot of cleaning. If you have carpet on your staircase or hardwood, you can vacuum clean to get out dust bunnies then use a damp cloth to wipe away any gunk.
WASHING MACHINE
speaking of cleaning things...how clean is your washing machine? Even if it isn't visibly dirty, you should clean your washing machine once in awhile to get rid of dirt and grime that build up in the drum and the water lines
BEHIND LARGE APPLIANCES
It's a huge pain to move large appliances like fridge, oven, washer and dryer, but dust collects behind and underneath them. Dust settles on the coils, and the dryer vent which can lead to malfunction or start a fire. Use a lint brush or vacuum for these.
