After a show of Giselle with my partner and gorgeous fiancé @cesarcorrales926 🤍 Rehearsal footage of Hunting a Whisper in the Wind by Akram Khan. I felt so grateful to dance with the extraordinary @jeffreycirio who has worked with Akram for so many years and try to learn all I could in a few weeks for this special piece that made a world premiere @royalballetandopera. Working with Akram has definitely been a career highlight. With @akramkhancompany & @jeffreycirio & @nickyhenshall in the studio. I think @mavin_khoo must have taken the photo, it was so rewarding to work with him too 🙏🏽 Rehearsal footage from Hunting a Whisper in the Wind by @akramkhancompany with @jeffreycirio and the music that gave me goosebumps everytime - ‘Maya’ by @adityaprakashmusic

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴… Gala de Danza was born in Los Cabos, Mexico, after our Artistic Director, Christina Lyon, met an exceptionally talented young girl who had never experienced a live dance performance. Inspired by her passion, Christina envisioned an event that would bring world-class dance to the community. That vision became Gala de Danza—a celebration dedicated to bringing beautiful artistry to extraordinary places while inspiring communities through the performing arts.

Last month’s, last ever Ballet Under The Stars at Hatch House (Children’s Matinée and full dress rehearsal), produced by @coventgardendance, proved to be a wonderful distraction from losing Dad. My favourite moment of Lauren was seeing her coming up as a swan, look around and being instantly captivated by @balletoperadeparis’s Danseuse Étoile @myriam_ouldbraham_officiel, partnered by @mickael.lafon Huge shout and love going out to @mattbrady9173 for his warmth and hospitality while under the pressure of delivering his own show, to @zai.calliste for Lauren’s lift; and to his @englishnationalballet First Soloist partner @nevzorova_anna It is a true annual #daddydaughter highlight for Lauren and I. We met some lovely people, as ever, too. Bring on Charlotte’s Lake in 2027 MB! #ballet #famiglia
