A great 200m with JamCan athlete Mavis, and familiar competition from friends of JamCan Joanna, Diana, and Viloeta. These ladies.

W45-59 still kicking ass and taking names these times were no joke. I was feeling bad about my own 200m performance until I checked my time and the rest of my heats’ times…I’d say I was in excellent company in a very competitive group.

Congratulations Ladies!!!

We had a solid group represent our team at our very own Variety Village Open !
An exciting competition with it being 5 of our Athlete’s very first time!
Everyone did well with lots to take away and build on for the next !
The biggest shoutout to coach @abdallahalsebaai for always putting together such a well organized competition on top of being the best coach to all of us!

This is why we do it!

Thank you for your review, we appreciate it so much!

@sprintyvi reached out looking for some bumper plates to add to her home gym setup. We didn't have them in stock but we did have some coming in so we gave her the details and she decide to take chance on a new company and pre-order

We are thrilled at how happy she was and can't thank her enough for trusting us

If you need home gym equipment, we got you covered💪

Pretty proud of this little group and what they have achieved this year, despite countless obstacles. Great attitudes, great people, and such a pleasure to work with.

Well done @anaclaudiapedrero @andreapedrero91 @alexbobbie @debbie_zinman @sprintyvi @kimrossos, Rachael Gerry. You have climbed some hills this year, much respect.
