I spent a roll of film testing my Pentax 67II after it jammed a few weeks ago. I panicked because I love this camera so much. I thought it was just a small issue, but it ended up costing a lot of money. Supporting my own project is really hard 😱

2026 better be good, more work and healthier!

One of the loveliest things about working with our brilliant undergraduates is staying connected after they graduate and watching and, when possible, supporting the amazing things they do, the transformative contributions they all make to society. Therefore, every time our graduates drop in for a chat, visit us at a show, get together with one another and drop us a line, invite us to an opening, a product launch or message us, and every day we spend being lucky enough to work together is absolutely treasured.

We’re a small programme - between 10-20 BA and BEng graduates a year - so we’ve focussed as a team, over the years, on creating a supportive and nurturing post graduation community that endures beyond the confine of the course.

I wanted to share just a few of the moments since July to celebrate our wonderful graduates! Thank you everyone! @mdxpd @mdxscienceandtechnology @middlesexuniversity Featuring: @abdulbydesign @nav.desinghni @larawebb_designs @athvaithan.dsn @irene_gallego_design @dey.dsn @_adildesign @pseudocream @boohanjames @iconic_form21 @ilwad.sab @lavatronic @ahmedmp @tdsn19 @georgeac_designs @hawsz @lenny_stagg @violetaoo @funkiidesigns @kanejfernandes @gx_design @ben.plass @alekthomas @peedubbleyou @profkaramanoglu @j.design99 @tom_downey @smashfestuk @newscientistlive @newdesigners @community_and_engagement_herts @bigscience_stfc @britishscienceassociation @sosuk_charity

A fantastic finale to the academic year, with graduation for our 2020, 2021 and 2022 Product Design and Product Design Engineering graduates. Wonderful to celebrate with those brilliant graduates and equally brilliant colleagues over the last week. 🎉❤️🎉 Huge congratulations to all of you in the photos, to those I messed and to those who couldn’t make the ceremonies. Well done everyone and good luck for the future! Get out there and make the transformative, creative, human impact that you are all eminently capable of! #mdxpd @mdxpd And sorry to this year’s grads that I failed to get any pics of you last Thursday! @zoe.needham @mdxbeale @jade_spence2521 @howards_hardwood @adam__painting @tiago_ro_ @petruskevicius.tautvydas

Time management and organisation are challenging for many people. For children diagnosed with ADHD, these challenges can become intensified. As someone diagnosed with ADHD myself, my school experiences were plagued with an inability to memorise to-do lists, forgetting my books, and losing my coat!
This project explores the notion of an ‘assistant’ to support primary school aged children with managing their belongings in a school environment, removing this hurdle from their learning experience.
