Grateful, Thankful, Blessed✨This year my official electric forest T-shirt sold out immediately, Thank you @gvblack_ for believing in this collab and making it happen. Thank you @artinsessionnow crew for another phenomenal art gallery and @aniaamador for keeping the ember glowing, the amazing build team and staff for holding it down and lifting everyone up. To everyone who bought a shirt, came by to say hi, or held a lantern and beacon of light in the dark, Thank you. I am deeply grateful for this land and to God. I trust in time we will learn how grief and joy can exist together. How to free ourselves from guilt and shame that shackle and obscure joy. How to be one with it. Together, Free. Ashante 🙏🏽

Walkthrough video of the Art in Session Gallery at Electric Forest. This phenomenal collection of work is hand painted, crafted or digitally created without the use of AI.

Over the years I have gained much appreciation and respect for the care and passion that these artists put into their work. Big shout out to @aniaamador and the rest of the @artinsessionnow team for curating a phenomenal live painter, build, sales, management, and artist support dream team that absolutely crushed the past sales record.

I’ve definitely collected a few more lifelong friends from this crew and look forward to what’s next for y’all.

The forest is full of more inspiration than I can put into words. I had the best time meeting new friends, sharing art, and supporting @artinsessionnow at @electric_forest . Grateful for all the beautiful connections, conversations, and creativity Until next time Sherwood 💜

I had a blast Live Painting this past weekend in Orlando at @floridagrovesfest .
I spent the first two days furiously painting my 20 foot mural and talking to so many nice fans. It was great, and I loved the creature I painted, but by Sunday I was absolutely pooped!
I continued Live Painting a canvas near the @artinsessionnow Gallery, but my social battery was so dead that I had to dip out for some hours, to watch the new Mario Bros movie (which was so trippy!).
I don’t know, maybe I’m getting too old for music festivals packed with so many people and stimulation. Maybe I’m getting more sensitive and have limits on how much energy I can give out. I am not drinking or smoking these days too, so maybe doing it sober changed the equation. I don’t know, I’m just observing. Maybe it was just the energies of this particular weekend.
Grateful overall though, Love seeing old art friends and meeting people who vibe with my art. Happy to be of service. Blessings!

✨ Check out this daytime walk-through of the Mural Maze from last weekend’s Hulaween festival! This incredible traveling art installation, directed and produced by artist Ania Amador, has been inspiring festival-goers for over a decade. It’s the collaborative work of dozens upon dozens of artists from around the world, each adding their unique touch to this immersive experience 🎨🌐🦋 @aniaamador @muralmaze @hulaweenfl
‌
I first learned about the Mural Maze a few years ago and was thrilled to be able to participate in this year’s Hulaween, where I was able to experience it in person for the first time as well as live paint inside of it for several days. This year, over 20 artists contributed to the creative energy of the Maze as part of a collective organized by the non-profit Art In Session @artinsessionnow - watch all the way to the end of this reel to catch a glimpse of some of us in action 💫
‌
As I interacted with people at Hulaween, it was heartwarming to hear so many share how deeply the Mural Maze has impacted their own creativity and self-expression. If you’re passionate about supporting the arts and want to see this vibrant maze travel to more festivals worldwide, check out muralmaze.com to learn more about its journey and see lists of names of all of the artists who’ve been involved 🤩
‌
Lots of Love to everyone who has contributed to this project and to all those whose lives have been touched by its magic! 💕💚💕
