Deep breath in… Now exhale, release. ITS AUTUMN YA’LL🍂🍁❣️😍 There’s something in the air this season, specifically of this year. It feels like a HUGE EXHALE from a summer of GO energy! To begin to slow down and move from outward to inward. Feels like an internal embrace.

This summer was a straight up intense rollercoaster ride (don’t be alarmed I fastened my seat belt tightly 😂🙏). Through it all, I am so grateful for each and every experience with friends, family, and community❣️ I could go on about my sentiments as my Pisces self can. I’ll just leave it as this: let us be in gratitude every moment, the highs and the lows. Life can give us a swift kick up the rear end to test our metal. Though we may be startled, take a moment to breathe. Take a moment to become curious and ask what is here for me to put into action, what is here for me to learn? Create space and move accordingly in your power.

Every season has its energy. For me, this one feels nourishing. How’s this season feeling for you all already?
