We’re 30. And honestly? We’ve never felt better. For three decades, you’ve been blending with us, fuelling with us, choosing better with us. So, we figured… a single birthday special wouldn’t quite cut it. Instead, we’re celebrating the Kauai way: 30 weeks of big deals.

Video Feature • @virginactiveaustralia Bondi Westfield marks a new chapter for fitness culture in Australia. Conceived as the brand’s first global wellness club, the project reimagines the traditional gym model, placing community, restoration and tactile materiality at its core. Designed by @quattroarchitecture, the space shifts the focus from repetition and routine to gathering and shared experience, responding directly to Bondi’s coastal identity. Head to the link in bio to watch the full video on The Local Project. Photography courtesy of @cosentino_au. Architecture by Quattro Architecture. Filmed and edited by @thelocalproduction_. April achievements: 1- Finally gym-ing consistently again, feels soooo good to move my body & rebuild some muscle postpartum. (Bby girl even joined me for a couple sessions in her pram 😋) 2- Ely’s sleeping longer during the night so we are no longer ((AS)) sleep deprived 💃 3- Got myself out the house to a few brand events (was thinking about my daughter the whole time but I WAS OUT NONETHELESS 🎉) 4- Spent some quality time with the fambam who flew over from London to see us & the latest family edition ♥️ 5- Grateful to have recovered from my c-section surgery with no complications 🙏 (Yes, I chose to have a c-section & would 100% do it again) 6- Did my first boxing session back & couldn’t lift my arms for 2 days after (def got too excited & went way too hard…guess you can say I’m an over-dua 🌚)
