VirtualHoney offers digital portraits, creating bespoke illustrations to decorate your home.

I am currently on a temporary visa and have been stood down from my workplace since March, with little to no financial support.

I decided to put what I enjoyed into play and starting drawing pups. My clientele over time has grown and I am forever grateful for everyone’s support, it has wholeheartedly saved me 💖

If you would like one of your very own then please feel free to browse my Etsy store (the link is in my bio) and message me if you have any questions at all 🙂

Introducing the talent behind @virtual__honey

“My name is Racquel ☺️, I grew up in the UK with my mum and puppa, Honey. (hence the name virtual honey 🐶) I met my partner Jonathan in Leeds and we decided to make the leap to Melbourne 3 years ago. Our end goal is reside here permanently for sure.

Before Covid hit, we both worked at @plus5melb - Plus5 bar on Southwharf, a cute cocktail & tapas restaurant on the Yarra River.

After realising that the government was not willing to come through for us, I took what I enjoyed (art) and decided put it into play to try and earn a living until life resumes.

The support has been fantastic so far, but the struggle goes on”

Check out Racquels work, it’s phenomenal! If you’d like a piece made up - feel free to hit her up at @virtual__honey

@virtual__honey “My name is Racquel and I am currently digitally drawing pet portraits ☺️. After losing my hospitality job in March due to Covid I rekindled my love for drawing and began VirtualHoney to try and gain some kind of financial support (I am from overseas and slipped through the support cracks haha)

I have seen how my illustrations bring smiles to faces and I just love it 😄
I would love to peruse this further into a career

Portraits can be emailed directly for customers to print at their leisure or I can print and post for them 😄❤️”

Good afternoon SBV followers. Make yourself a cuppa for afternoon tea and take some time out to head on over to our Facebook page to read about Racquel from @virtual__honey. Such gorgeous prints. A good time to think about new artwork in the house whilst staring at those walls 💛🧡💚
