15•9•2026 My final year didn't turn out the way I imagined. I thought I had finished the most difficult levels without even guessing I'm yet to start😂 500L came with a lot of drama and surprises. It all started with me losing my project jotter of 7 months of recoding, hard work and labor after the completion of the project, to starting my project all over again, to almost losing the edited version of my project report on the deadline alongside many other sheges😂 In all these, I was in denial because whyyyyyyy. It took me months to finally forgive myself, start all over again, and move on. Gosh! I cried....ohhhhh I criedddddddd but in all, I knew that God was with me, and I could not be stranded even when it looked like the whole world was against me. I survived! Not because I know I am strong, but because of the gift of men. God gave me people who held my hands when I was weak. My final year experience is one I wouldn't forget soon. I'm grateful to GOD for not leaving me and for being my present help in time of need🙌🏻 I'm grateful for my journey and growth, for my family and everyone who is a part of my journey 🥹 You guyssss!!! I defended my project already. I am proud I chose my topic, everything that happened to me was to make me stronger and unbreakable🥹 Thank youuuu Jesus!!!! Cheers to greater height🫶 PS: Dress by Meeeee🥹❤️ #Class25 #Finalist #Virtus25 #GodsBeautifulWorkInProgress #Smile

📍Scintilation fade DEPTH and Profile HEIGHT Today, the 15th of September, 2026, I successfully defended my B.Tech project in Physics (Electronics) at the Federal University of Technology Akure. My project topic: "Development of an IoT-Based Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for Profile Measurement and Analysis of Scintillation Fade Depth over a Tropical Region." The quest to fill the gap left by past researchers in the analysis of Scintillation Fade Depth and Profile Measurement thirsted me further. It cost me a lot of compounded learnings at the intersection of Communication Engineering, Communication Physics, and Data Science, all to tell the story and more. But the true test was more than can be summarized. There were nights of severe weather forecasts during the campaign period with my colleagues Odewunmi Surprise and 8 others. It was exhausting. But I have a Father-like lecturers my Project Supervisor, Prof. Joseph Sunday Ojo, (PhD), Dr. Fame Okiki Layioye and other lectures, Prof. S.E Falodun (Head of Department) Prof. Oluwayomi Faromika, Dr. Samuel Ogunjo, and the entire staff of the department who has been my support system from my tender years on campus. I had prayed that they would be my project supervisor at the conclusive part of my stay here in FUTA, and that prayer was answered. I am grateful to God for the journey thus far, my Parents, Siblings, Friends and for the gift of men on this path. The result? A remarkable commendation on the adequacy of my project, and the ability to spearhead my project colleagues toward this great success. This is DEPTH before HEIGHT, indeed. lasting visibility above ground is only possible when you first build an unseen, robust foundation below. 🎓Bachelor of Technology, Physics (Electronics), closer than ever. DEPTH before HEIGHT 🎯 #Scintillation #CommunicationPhysics&DataScience #DepthBeforeHeight #AcademicJourneyInternalDefense
