It’s all about energy

Somewhere between art, motion, and self-expression.

How do you reintegrate after two months away on a Thai island? 🤔

That was September’s challenge! Some days it was harder than others.

Grateful that I eased my way back with an outstanding stop over in Phuket with my fab @corporateconnectionsuae forum which helped with the transition both mentally and habitually.

Coming back to Dubai it was clear that momentum is high and my ambition is too!

But so is my desire to hold onto my summer of healthy positive habits and one of the best ways to do that is through the power of movement and dance.

I am always quoting @tonyrobbins by saying that the fastest way to change your psychology is to change your physiology.

Huge thanks to the team at @jamesandalex & to all the outstanding instructors who have kept me on mission this month; from kickboxing to salsa to afrobeats and even shuffle! @lazio_mimite @vision_redoutable @championszone.ae @wardmhanna - I appreciate you 🙏🏼

Special shout out to my team for keeping the ship sailing and for energetically jumping into Q4 as we launch new bootcamps, a new season of DXB Today, new projects and more…

With a packed October ahead, the true test will be holding on to this rhythm in the weeks to come and making the decision to keep my priorities in check.

After all, life should be about scheduling your priorities and not prioritizing your schedule!
