I was honored to be recognized for the work I’m doing with Be Humanitarian, our community and volunteers from around the globe as a Visionary 200 Honoree. My heart is full.

Some of my favorite moments from the event had nothing to do with me. I got to cheer on a room full of women who are building businesses, making a real difference, and doing it their own way. Bold, brilliant, and so generous with one another. I am lucky to have been there and even got to enjoy the evening with my hot husband.

Thank you to Adriane and the awesome Visionaries team for bringing us together. After a few days of great conversations and shared energy, I'm reminded again that we rise higher when we lift each other up. I'm heading home from LA with new friends, a full heart, and even more excitement for what's ahead for Be Humanitarian and the families we work alongside.

I came home with a Visionary Award… and the realization that I’ve been planning too small. 👏🏽✨

If you were watching my stories last week and wondering what I was up to—this was growth. This was expansion. This was me pouring into myself.

First stop: Visionaries, where I was honored to receive a Visionary Award. 🏆 Adrian’s first conference was top notch! The intentionality behind who she brought into that room, the women’s willingness to pour into each other, and the connections we made have me already looking forward to next year.

That final-day mastermind? It put a fire under me to get systems in place and move differently in my business. 🔥

Then I headed to Florida for Call to Lead, with women entrepreneurs who believe leadership is part of their calling. Kelly and Sandi’s faith made this experience especially meaningful to me.

My biggest takeaway: I have what it takes to play bigger. It’s time for my plans to reflect that. 🙌🏽

I also got to hug women I’ve been connecting with virtually through High Performance Academy. There’s something special about finally being in the same room.

And the growth continues afterward. On our academy call yesterday, Sandi gave us specific steps to nurture those connections, reminding us: people first, relationships first, then business.

So here’s my encouragement: Get in the room—and be intentional once you’re there. Introduce yourself. Ask questions. Follow up. Put what you learn into action.

The return on investing in yourself may take time to show up. Sometimes it begins with a shift in your thinking, a meaningful relationship, or the courage to take your next step.

We weren’t meant to build businesses—or do life—alone. 💕

I’m coming home grateful, stretched, and excited about what’s next.

The woman in the car didn’t know how the night would end. But she believed enough to walk into the room. 🙏🏽

I was speaking in faith, claiming that I’d win awards at the Visionaries Conference before I had any idea what would happen. I serve a big God, and I brought Him my big prayers.

Then I walked out holding TWO awards. 🏆🏆

Entrepreneurship will stretch your faith. You’ll put your heart into something without knowing if it’ll work. You’ll face setbacks, question yourself, and have to find the courage to try again.

I’m learning to fail forward. To take the lesson and keep building. To do it scared, with faith that God can work through me even when I don’t have everything figured out.

Every prayer won’t end with a trophy. But I want to keep showing up for the purpose I’ve prayed about, even when the outcome is uncertain.

That’s what this moment means to me. Years of work, the courage to believe, and so much gratitude.

If you’re waiting to feel confident before you walk into the room, let this be your reminder: you can bring your nerves AND your faith.

On Tuesday night, I celebrated with incredible women at the Visionaries closing gala in Los Angeles. I’m honored to be part of the V-200 Class of 2026!

After the gala, I explored Beverly Hills and the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles—from palm-lined streets to the iconic Walk of Fame. But as the founder of EcoClean Guardians, I can’t help noticing what’s happening at sidewalk level.

Beverly Hills, you were beautiful. Los Angeles, your Hollywood sidewalks need some litter-abatement love! What’s the strategy for keeping these celebrated public spaces clean? From what I saw, there’s a real need for more visible, consistent action.

Los Angeles ranked No. 2 in LawnStarter’s 2025 “Dirtiest Cities in America” study. The ranking considers broader environmental and living conditions, beyond litter alone—but the trash I saw deserves attention, too.

At EcoClean Guardians, a 501(c)(3) environmental nonprofit operating in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we pay residents to clean up their own communities. Our Eco-Earners turn community pride into action, earning income while creating cleaner streets, parks, and shorelines.

The Walk of Fame celebrates stars. I’m celebrating the neighbors who help those sidewalks shine.

Thank you, Visionaries, for an inspiring celebration. Now it’s back to work—because every community deserves some litter-abatement love. 🌿✨

Survival got you here. But what will it take to scale?

After an incredible week at the @visionariesonline Conference in Los Angeles, I’m bringing one of our biggest conversations into Q4.

So many founders have mastered the art of figuring it out. Making the sale. Finding the money. Solving the problem. Being EVERYTHING their business needs.

Some are ready to grow but haven’t built the financial systems to support it.

Others are already growing, but their operations haven’t caught up. Revenue is increasing, yet every major decision, expense and operational challenge still runs through the owner.

Both face the same critical question:

Does your business have the financial and operational capacity to support where you’re trying to go?

During my From Survival to Scale workshop, we explored what it takes to close that gap.

Financial visibility that informs decisions. Cash-flow planning that supports growth. Revenue strategies grounded in profitability. Systems that reduce owner dependency. And a business model designed for sustainability.

Because increasing revenue is one thing. Building a business capable of sustaining and scaling that revenue is another.

As we enter Q4, ask yourself:

What needs to change in your business today to support the growth you want tomorrow?

Nine days ago @adrianegalea asked me to come speak at @visionariesonline and miraculously the timing worked out. And six days ago, after learning more about her audience, I asked Adriane if she would trust me; I wanted to change the entire topic of the talk. Instead of giving the same talk I did the week before, I had an idea for her audience specifically. She said yes! So I had six days to write, memorize, and deliver a closing keynote.

Based on the feedback I received tonight, it was the right call.

And while I have many more reflections to share on the keynote, I want to give a moment to the one thing I didn’t have to think about at all, my outfit! The moment I saw this @kinbykristine fit I knew it was what I was wearing on my next stage.
