POST SHOW PHYSIQUE UPDATE THAT ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ASKED FOR

Post-show definitely didn’t go to plan but at the same time I didn’t go HAM, I definitely enjoyed but with control. Since landing back in Sydney, it’s been straight back into routine. Training, meal prep and maintaining as much condition as possible, before heading into the next phase with a new direction 🙊

Show day: 63.9kg (2.9kgs up from last show)
Current weight: 65.8kg
Post-show increase: +1.9kg

CURRENT NUTRITION 🍽️
Calories: ~2,800 kcal
Protein: 250g
Carbs: 299g
Fats: 60-70g

CURRENT TRAINING 🏋️‍♀️
Weights: 5 days per week
Steps: 15–20k daily
Cardio: NIL

Calories are back up to around 2,800, weight is holding steady, and that’s including the extra sprinkle of off-plan meals here and there. 😂

All oral and injectable PEDs are now out, with peptides still in.

Definitely feeling softer and noticing changes in condition, but overall, shoulders and chest still striated, veins still visible in my arms and legs with some smallest quad striation 😭, this is probably the best reverse I’ve had to date.

The focus now is maintaining as much muscle and condition as possible while increasing food intake and allowing my body to recover.

Up 1.9kg in 4 weeks post show, eating considerably more, no dedicated cardio and weight holding steady. I’ll take that. 🖤

Jerom at ICN Nationals.

🥇 1st in Rookie
🥈 2nd in Novice

He came to me after his first show at States, and we had a few weeks to bring him in better. He followed the plan to the letter. The peak went to plan and the look on the day was perfect.

Now it’s recovery: back on macros, back to normal life, back with his family.

Proud coach.

DM me if you want to be next.

Hitting your macros is the easy part. Sticking to them around shift work, kids, gut issues and years of yo-yo dieting is where most plans fail.

That’s what I coach. Every week your check-in shows me what’s really going on, and your plan gets built around your life, not the other way round.

Coaching spots are open now. DM me to apply.

Reference ranges are built from the general population. Most of those people didn't do eight sets of hacks the day before their blood test.

AST and ALT are the two markers that freak out GPs the most with lifters. ALT mostly lives in the liver. AST lives in the liver and in muscle. Train hard and both can jump, which looks like liver damage on paper when it's really just muscle damage from your session.

If yours come back high, don't guess. Check these alongside them.

CK. This is a muscle marker. If it’s through the roof, your training is the likely reason your liver enzymes look ugly.

GGT. This one is far more liver specific. If AST and ALT are up but GGT is normal, it points towards muscle. If GGT is up too, take it seriously.

ALP and bilirubin. These help show whether the liver itself is under stress or not.

Then retest properly. Five to seven days with no heavy training, well hydrated, no alcohol, fasted. If the numbers come down, it was your training. If they don’t, that’s a conversation with your GP, especially if you’re running orals, drinking regularly or carrying a lot of body fat.

Context turns a scary number into a useful one. If you’ve got bloods sitting in your inbox and no idea what they actually mean for your training, DM me. That’s part of what I do with every client.

IFBB Nationals Season C 2026. Stage pics are finally in and I’m still proud of the package I brought.

None of this happens alone. Huge thank you to my coach @allenmao90 for everything behind the scenes. The hotel room check ins, the random calls just to see how I was going, and that unshakable confidence in me. That energy was felt, and I gave it straight back on stage.
And of course my beautiful red haired loml @lifewith.haylee best thing since sliced bread. Honestly your care and your love was felt this entire journey and I can’t wait to support you just as much as you have for me. I love you 🫶

Now it’s time for a long few years of growing. The body, the business and the family 👀
