we had the best meal from start to finish at @goodgroundtavern, located in Canoe Place. the staff was wonderful and so informative about all menu items.

• $42 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙭 𝙛𝙞𝙭𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙪: the options are FANTASTIC. everything we had was part of the prix fixe menu + so dang delicious 🤌🏼 this is available every day (!!) as well as the à la carte menu

• 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧: Monday-Friday in October; Thursday-Friday in November (both 3pm to 5pm)

Joe’s hard work is adding up!

Since his first InBody analysis on October 20, 2025, Joe has gone from 🚨 236.6 to 209.4 pounds🚨dropped his body fat mass from 💫 76.5 to 49.4 pounds 💫, and lowered his body-fat percentage from 💥 32.3% to 23.6% 💥. ONE YEARS TIME!

Most days, he’s up before the sun—training 3–4 days a week with strength and conditioning, cardio, and heavy boxing. It’s taken time and effort, but Joe has stayed consistent and has been EATING RIGHT with @mtkfresheats he has earned every bit of this progress. Proud of you, brother! 🥊

@birdiesalehouse is set to close its doors on 10/30. the local spot was known for great drink specials, live music and the best people 🫶🏼

the coziest weekend at @dauntsalbatross 🌧️🌬️

quiet mornings, the fall air and getting to experience that post-summer Montauk energy is always a treat 🤍

@dauntsalbatross is home away from home for us — the rooms are beautifully designed and perfectly cozy. the beds are maybe the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a hotel☝🏼

plus Daunt’s is right in the middle of town (super convenient to shops/restaurants and the beach)!

AND they are family-owned and beyond welcoming to all guests including your furry friends 🐾🐶

staycation at @hotelcorduroymtk 🌊🌾

we recently had the absolute best stay at Hotel Corduroy. the new hotel (formerly Sunset Montauk) opened earlier this year, and it should be on everyone’s radar 🌞

the renovations were executed to perfection. they put the spirit of Montauk first when carefully designing each room. the entire hotel has a laidback, fresh-off-the-beach feel to it, which we LOVED.

also the bonfires hosted on the beach and on the lawn every Wednesday/Saturday give a great community vibe to the guests 🔥🍫

best part? they are dog-friendly 🐾🤗

the hotel will be open until beginning of November, then close for the offseason — so save this for your next Montauk vacation / staycation!
