Who knew grizzly bears were basically giant toddlers?! 🐻😂

💌 Share this with someone who needs to see Max!

Meet Max, a rescued grizzly bear at Montana Grizzly Encounter, just outside Bozeman, Montana!

I knew grizzlies were powerful (and a little intimidating 😅), but I had NO idea they could be this playful!

Between playing with his giant ball and trying to knock over logs, Max was giving major toddler energy. 😂

If you’re visiting Bozeman, add this wildlife sanctuary to your list! It’s an opportunity to see these incredible animals up close in a safe, managed environment.

We truly love each unique piece in the store. We wish they could tell us their story, some we know and others are a mystery. “Co”urtney wishes she could write a small paragraph of the life we imagine each piece has lived. Some may think we just sell clothes, we know we are recycling tiny pieces of history back into the world.

Why would I live somewhere with a skyline view when I literally get mountain views 365 days a year? 🧐

That’s the thing about living in Bozeman. Once those views become part of your everyday life, it stops feeling like some special occasion and starts feeling like the standard.

You get used to waking up to the Bridger Range, golden hour hitting the Gallatin Valley, and being able to sneak in a quick hike before dinner without really thinking twice about it.

So yes, I understand why people love a skyline (I used to too). I just don’t know that I’d trade what we get here for it.

What’s one Bozeman perk you’d have a really hard time giving up?

And if you’re thinking about making Bozeman home, comment MOVE and I’ll send you my relocation guide with neighborhoods, local favorites, and more of what it’s actually like to live here.

The amount of miles these little feet have hiked this summer is… a lot. And now those feet took us through the very muddy corn maze.

A realidade?

We’ve switched up the shop just in time for this weekend’s Vintage Walk! We brought in more women’s vintage, funky fresh pieces, insulated jackets & vests, and of course stacks of Carhartt.
