FemaleRNB was invited to experience Jae Stephens in Paris as she opened the night for Khalid, and she brought an incredible energy to the stage. 🎤

From powerful R&B vocals and sharp choreography to seamless transitions and impressive stamina, Jae delivered a performance that felt confident, fun and completely in her element. The crowd was fully behind her, with many fans coming specifically to see her despite her being the opening act.

Were you there? What did you think of Jae Stephens’ performance?

The next part of my interview with @jaephens is here 💕✨ Here we are talking about maybe my two favourite songs on Audacity: I Miss The City and The Distance. We talk about the references they had (shout out to @iamjojo), working with @mnek, as well as how both songs are interconnected #behindthesong

Back with the next part of my interview with @jaephens and this time we’re talking about the two singles from Audacity so far: Attaboy! and Sugar Trap ❤️‍🔥 I absolutely loved hearing about how both of these songs came together - from Attaboy being a song that Jae was a bit scared of to how Sugar Trap started with just the title.

Part three coming soon

IT'S OFFICIALLY AUDACITY AUTUM!!

I've been a HUGE fan of Jae Stephens since I first listened to "Afterbody" on a whim last summer (thank you Spotify algorithm for introducing to her greatness) and then her subsequent EP/mixtape, "Total Sellout" later that year. It has been a really good year for Pop music, but Jae in my opinion really has the IT quality in the music that puts her above the rest for me. And I'm beyond happy to say that her debut Pop/RnB album "AUDACITY" fully cements her as a star who's here to stay desperately needs more spotlight. Truly one of the best new artists out there. 'AUDACITY' is as of right now, one of my favorite albums of the year! Highly recommend y'all go listen to it AND her previous work!!
