Tiny squares of all things great and beautiful in Leicestershire, East Midlands. Love where you live.

✨ Looking for an affordable family day out in Leicester? We had a lovely time discovering the history of Roman Leicester at Jewry Wall Museum! 🏛️

With fascinating history, interactive displays and hands-on activities, there’s plenty to keep little explorers entertained while learning what life was like almost 2,000 years ago. 🕰️

Even better, until 31st October 2026, up to 3 children aged 15 and under go FREE with a paying adult! 🎉 Perfect for an affordable autumn adventure. 🍂

And a little bonus for us 🌱💚 the café even has vegan options, so there’s something to enjoy while taking a break! They even have vegan cheese! 🙌✨️🙌

A great little day out for curious minds, history lovers and families looking for something different to do. ❤️

The raw power of the rut. Saturday morning was something I’ll not forget in a hurry! From the moment we arrived, the stags were making their presence felt and it was unbelievable to watch!

A great morning exploring and watching with @sabphotos69

💚✨️🙌 Grace 🙌✨️💚
.
Today the new cafe deli @grace.markfield are having their Soft Launch ahead of their official opening during the next week!
.
Despite not being fully open yet, this cafe already looks stunning and has a fab atmosphere and we cannot wait to see what will be on offer!
.
As it is just the soft launch, there are no vegan friendly cakes on offer today, but we have been told there will be lots of options going forwards!
.
We enjoyed some hot drinks (alternative milks available) and will definitely be back. 💚✨️
