Have you been to Medora North Dakota? No matter how many times as a North Dakota I have been to Theodore Roosevelt Park. I have not seen it glowing like this October. This sunset drive was perfect. #Medora #MWTNMedora2026 #NorthDakota

Fall is a beautiful time of year to visit Medora and Theodore Roosevelt National Park Early October 2026 was perfect, the golden hour! We saw wild horses running in the distance at SuzyB favorite place to visit and hike, the Wind Canyon. This is the start of our drive through the park, more videos to come. The crescendo of the drive was a glorious North Dakota sunset. Follow the Sisters of the Spoon & Community Calendar ND for all the videos of this October trip.

Hi, everyone! I am SO excited to be sharing my original song “way up high” with you all! I recorded this video at the inspiring @trlibrary during a stunning sunset in beautiful @visitmedora (be sure to check it out if you’re in the area!) I am really happy with how it turned out. Singing and playing this for the 1st time to share, I was super shy, but I hope you like it and thanks for watching! ☀️ #acousticguitar #originalmusic #guitargirl #singersongwriter #foryou ((“way up high” written and performed by Ruby Sunshine)) @northdakotalegendary ♥️ND♥️ @medora_nd

🎶 Oh, give me a home where the buffalo roam… 🎶 🦬❤️

And if that’s what you’re looking for, skip Kansas (JUST for the song reference, Kansas friends! 😂) and head straight to Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora, North Dakota!

The wildlife here is UNREAL! 🤩

We’re talking hundreds of bison, elk, prairie dogs, wild horses, and more, all against the spectacular backdrop of the North Dakota Badlands. And you can see them surprisingly close up—from a SAFE distance, of course! 🦬🐎🌾

It’s a TRIFECTA of fabulousness: WILDLIFE, MOUNTAINS, AND NATURE! 😍

And birdwatchers? GET HERE! You’ll be in heaven. 🦅

This park is one of America’s most underrated treasures, and I can’t recommend it enough!

A weekend in Medora dedicated to rest, connection, and spending time together outside the clinic.

At Simply You Wellness, we believe investing in our team is just as important as investing in the care we provide our patients.

Our annual staff retreat gave us the opportunity to step away from our busy schedules, strengthen relationships, reflect on how far we’ve come, and recharge for everything ahead.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who make Simply You Wellness what it is. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to our patients are what make this team so special.✨

Theodore Roosevelt National Park is one of the most underrated parks! We had an incredible autumn week hiking the colorful trails, camping in Rough Rider State Park, visiting the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, eating out in Medora, and seeing more wildlife here than any other park! 🍂🦬🐍🐎🦃🍁

October, out west. 🍂

Five of us, one Scout + a whole lot of room to roam.

Fall in the North Dakota Badlands might be my favorite version of home. Golden hills. Cooler nights. Kids getting bigger by the minute + every excuse to stay outside a little longer.

Out west looks good on us.

Medora, North Dakota.....think Stars Hollow with cowboy boots & horses! It's like walking around a movie set, except it's real & people are just breaking out in song & waving at you & the same girl taking us on a trail ride was singing in the musical the night before! Adorable⭐🌟⭐
