What happens when your childhood experiences shape the woman you become? Not necessarily by choice, but through socialisation, obligation, expectation and the skills you develop to survive.

I SOLD OUT my first-ever in-person event, sharing the findings from my doctoral research with my community. 🥹🤍

And I genuinely couldn’t be happier.

The energy, the conversations, the connections, the reflections and the insights. Just beautiful.

What started as research became something so much bigger. A space for women to feel seen, heard, understood and, most importantly, connected.
