Casey & Alex, you have my heart. Such beautiful, gorgeous humans 🤍

An extraordinary way to start (this already wonderfully exciting week after an action-packed, joyously fun two weeks of plate-spinning throughout the Easter hols) by receiving these this morning and honestly, they took my breath away @visualsbyamelia. Stunning work. So much to say, so much to share. Get ready for it. Casey, that picture of us, the quiet moments before it all started, a little bit nervous but so beautifully excited. Those months and months of talking and getting ready- finally here. I don’t think there’s another moment in this ‘job’ that hits the way that does. That and watching the reaction of the couple, as they first see the design come to life. It’s pure magic.

@fivefourstudios you’re insane, the ability to get the heart racing every time, we adore you ✨

Thanks to the best F & V team there ever was, absolutely phenomenal, the lot of you. And a special mention to my lovely, lovely Dad, who has worked so hard on those chandeliers! Such a great part of the F & V history and team. Great work, Dad. Legendary 🫶🏼

The tremendous supplier team 👇🏼

Sound therapy & sleep 💤

After a recent sound class, someone messaged me to say how well they slept that night. The vibrational frequencies from the sounds created in a sound bath trigger theta and delta brainwaves which promote stress reduction and relaxation☁️

If you’re struggling to get to sleep, try sound therapy and see if it helps🧘🏻‍♀️🤍

My actual thoughts when I first went to a sound bath 💭

As a practitioner I want to be really open and vulnerable with why this type of therapy resonated so deeply with me that I actually decided to train in it.

As someone who has struggled for years with anxiety and ocd in particular, I literally could not believe it when I came out of my first sound bath and I couldn’t remember the last time I had felt that feeling of space and nothingness - literally 0 thoughts! 🤍💭
