🤍 SOME MEMORIES ARE TOO SPECIAL FOR ANYONE TO BE MISSING. 🤍

Have you ever looked back at a special photo and wished someone else could have been in it?

Maybe they couldn’t make it to a wedding, birthday, family gathering, graduation, or special celebration. Maybe distance kept you apart, circumstances meant they couldn’t be there, or perhaps you’re wishing you could have one more photo with someone who has sadly passed away. 🕊️🤍

At Lulubelle Digital Studio, I can help bring those special people into your favourite memories by creating a personalised photo edit that brings everyone together in one beautiful keepsake. ✨

CREATORS WITH A VOICE | EPISODE ONE:
Meet Rochelle @visualswithchelle_

Creators with a Voice is a series featuring creators, artists and small business owners - anyone who creates talking about a variety of different things. We see creators pop up on our phone screens every day through paid ads, vlogs, trending videos - I wanted to see a little more of the person behind those videos.

Today’s episode is a clip featuring @visualswithchelle_ with who she is, what she did before content creating and a little advice to those starting out in the game.

This series is inspired by a blog I used to run in 2018 interviewing different online creatives and I wanted to run it back but in the form of a video series - if you’d like to take part you can be anywhere in the world. If you are Auckland-based, I’ll also be doing in-person filming and interviewing on a voluntary basis. This is a side passion project of mine.

Keen to be part of this series? Send me a message via DM ✉️

Thank you Rochelle for taking time out of your day 🫶🏽

I finally got around to sharing these photos of Rochelle, and I wanted to share a little bit about how this shoot actually came about.

Rochelle is a UGC content creator, and I reached out with a collaboration idea, I’d photograph her, and she’d create some content around the experience.

Her response?

“I can do it today.” 😂

I remember thinking… wow, okay!

Usually there’s a bit more back and forth when someone books a shoot, when are you available, where will we shoot, what should I wear, what will the photos be like?

And that’s completely normal. Because having your photo taken can feel surprisingly vulnerable. There’s often a little hesitation that comes with putting yourself in front of a camera and really being seen.

Rochelle just… didn’t overthink it.

She came, we photographed, she captured some behind-the-scenes content, had a quick look at her images, was happy and headed home.

Less than 30 minutes later, she’d created her content and posted it.

I loved that.

It was easy. It flowed. There was no big build-up or overthinking.

And honestly, that’s what I want women to know about having a shoot with me. It doesn’t have to be intimidating or a big production. You can just come as you are, have a laugh, and let me guide you through it.

Because somewhere in amongst all of that, something pretty special can happen. You get to see yourself the way other people see you.

We know ourselves differently. We know our insecurities, our changes, the things we pick apart in the mirror. But that’s not necessarily what other people see.

And sometimes a photograph can show you that.

That’s why I love women’s empowerment photography. It’s not really about the photos.

It’s that moment when you look at one and think…

“Oh. That’s me.” 🤍

Rochelle, thank you for being so wonderfully you and making this collaboration so easy and so much fun. I’m so glad I put the offer out there - and even more glad you said yes.

My new phone arrived! And we officially have our first home! 🥳

To celebrate we caught up with friends and go for a shop, down the line to Whangarei 🥰

We caught up with cuzzies at BK, saw @terinavalerie_ & baby Te ra Maui, laughs with @visualswithchelle_ ...as well as some shops that we don't have up Kaitaia ways!

A little outside my comfort zone… but we’re doing it anyway. ✨

I don’t normally post things like this, but I honestly love how these @easyglamig lashes turned out. They were so easy to put on, and it’s amazing how something so simple can make you feel that little bit more confident.
Shoutout to @visualswithchelle_ for putting me on to these lashes 🥰

Slowly learning to show up, one step at a time. 🤍

Confession: I’ve only ever been into mascara, so trying lashes for the first time (yes I am today years old finally trying lashes) but the @easyglamig kit we were kindly gifted made it so easy and simple for a complete beginner like me.
😌 -even if this set was bold for me to begin with, we have to start somewhere, riiiight? 🤭🤎
Stress free, beginner friendly and iykyk my eyes didn’t get glued shut because it was that simple 🤭
Thanks to @visualswithchelle_ again for placing these beauty’s into my hands 🙌🏽

POV: I talked my sister into trying @oxypop_matcha … 😅

Safe to say we had very different opinions. 😂 I was into it, she wasn’t convinced—and that’s okay because it just means there’s more for me! 🥤✨

Have you tried Oxypop yet? Let me know what you think! 💛
