Simple dinner tonight but didn’t expect these Chicken Kiev to be so filling 😂 #opps

Ended up eating only 1 with home made mashed potato using spud lite potato 🥔
My mash had cheese, almond milk, and butter #perfectcombination❤️

Honestly I am having trouble finishing the mashed potato #leftoversfortomorrow

Chicken Kiev was purchased from @costco_aus

Also I actually never napped at all this afternoon.. just layed and watched tv.

Those energy drops from @vitalzing are sensational .. I’m shocked.
I love how they can be mixed in anything ❤️

I normally crash by the afternoon and just can’t move at all. My Truelicty injection (type 2 diabetes medication) makes me tired but today for the first time ever I had energy to burn 🔥

Have a great Saturday night everyone 🤗💛

Its pouring here .. managed to get out before the heavy rain and get new comfy shoes 👟

While I was out I bought some more cordial as @bickfords no added sugar is on sale.
Bought the peach and pineapple and passionfruit flavours #hangingtotrytheseflavours .. I’m sure they amazing like the other flavours 💛🧡

I have come home to drink my favourite water with @vitalzing with some energy drops.

I tried the unwind ones last night in plain water and I just seemed to drift off into another world, until someone woke me up and asked if I was awake 😂😂😂 (I was in a deep sleep too)

Have a great Saturday and stay safe if your in Melbourne as the roads are bad ☔️☔️☔️

Love delivery day 🚚 especially when its at the door when I come home ❤️

I got some new flavours to try #cantwaittotastethem😋😍

Ive been trying to cut down soda especially Coke Zero ..
it’s so hard when I have a husband who just lives on it 24/7 .. having a past colostomy bag my intestines cant cope with the bubbles 🫧 absolutely crazy all I do gas out a room(literally) and it can be so ao embarrassing 🙈 (any kind of soda pop, sparkling water, mineral water all do it to me 😂😂)
I love the fizz but its not friendly to my gut

Since having @vitalzing cola drops added to my water life is sensational and I don’t kill a whole room out 😂 #lifechanging

Im currently obsessed with @vitalzing cola drops over cold ice and water 🤎🤤

I also ordered some energy and unwind drops to try with my @vitalzing flavours.

Will post how I go with the energy & unwind drops #lookingforwardtotryingthese

Not very hungry tonight ended up having @froproaus BBQ chicken pizza 🍕🤤

I managed to eat 3/4 of it. I am washing it down with a apple and blackcurrant water. Water mixer is from @vitalzing over ice 🧊

🤫 CONFESSION… Yep, I’ll admit it… I was a Coke-a-holic.

I was drinking around 5 cans EVERY DAY! 😳

I knew I needed to cut back, so I started using our SodaStream. The problem was, I didn’t want to just replace Coke with sugary cordials.

Then we discovered Vital Zing — a way to make your water a whole lot more exciting!

💧 Sugar free
💧 Preservative free
💧 No added flavours or colours
💧 Great with sparkling or still water

And somehow… I’m now down to just 2 cans of Coke a day! 🙌

Am I giving Coke up completely? Absolutely not. 😂 But going from 5 cans to 2 is a pretty good win in my books!

Now I’m on a mission to try all the Vital Zing flavours and find my favourite.

👇 Have you tried Vital Zing? What flavour should I try next?
