A little look back at our last Postpartum Functional Fitness session with Mags at @crossfitorpington

Because getting back into movement after having a baby doesn't have to mean leaving your little one behind. 🩷

Just mums showing up for themselves, building strength, moving at their own pace and cheering each other on. With babies, cuddles and little interruptions all part of the fun! 🥹

Such a wonderful day at the Vegan Life Live event in London! There are no other vegans in my circle of family and friends, which can feel very lonely at times, so it was so lovely to be a part of the community today and be surrounded by people who share the same passion and love for animals and their welfare. Thank you @veganlife_live for bringing the community together!

I tried so many delicious foods from such talented and innovative creators (who said vegan food was boring?!) and I have to say that this banoffee cheesecake from @chapperscheesecakes was out of this world!

2026 Wakesurf Nationals!!🥈

Super happy to have placed second at this years nationals especially with the horrendous riding conditions 😅. Slightly disappointed that my final run went the way it did especially since I didn’t get to attempt any of my new tricks I’d been landing buttttt that’s the nature of this beautiful sport!!! 🫶😅
Well done to @edwards.jennifer for absolutely stomping her run in the windy conditions🥇!! And amazing riding from @laurenfox00 🥉🫶 and @francescakettle was shredding as well despite the windy conditions. I love getting to compete with these amazing women and that we all get to push each other to keep growing this amazing sport🫶🚤🌊🏄‍♀️
