10 YEARS OF IMAKARI.
30 YEARS OF KALKI.
FULL FORCE.

10 years.

A thousand stories.

Countless nights, soundsystems, artists, friends, strangers who became friends, and moments that somehow stayed with us.

IMAKARI was never built around one sound, one room or one night.

It was built around people.

For our 10th anniversary, we wanted to bring back the people, sounds and energy that crossed our path over the past decade.

Everything that shaped us.

Everything we shared.

Everything we still talk about.

WITH OUR FRIENDS.
FOR OUR FRIENDS.

And what better way to celebrate than alongside Kalki - founding father and driving force behind IMAKARI - on his 30th birthday.

So we're bringing the whole thing together.

Two rooms.

One night.

Ten years of memories.

Thirty years of Kalki.

IMAKARI & FRIENDS.

Big Fucking Party Vol.4 on 35mm film

It’s now August and I’m still not over how good this party was. So as I continue to go through and finally share some of my film photography and older work here’s a look at some of the 35mm film I shot over the unreal Spanish New Year’s party.

Big Fucking Party Vol.4

What a way this was to start the year, the Europeans really know how to throw a party man. Was truly breathtaking, from the stages, to the production level, to the stalls and the to the people I met throughout the week. Was one to remember for sure.

Fashionably late as ever haha but here’s a long overdue look at some of what I shot over the week. Still have plenty other photos and have all my film still to share so stay tuned for more…
