When people ask me what’s the best or most memorable moment from my 17 year fight career.. Nothing even comes close to the feeling from getting this message from my girl ń her team on the way from playing Penn state. 2 weeks later The shit still hits just as hard🙏🏽 Seeing her clelebrate for me with her team was definitely the highest high I’ve reached in my life🫶🏽 Gracias @walshwomensrugby for the luv, support ń being an amazing family for my daughter to grow with💪🏽

Happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

Grateful for the freedom to do what we love because of the brave men and women who sacrificed far more than a workout ever could. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. 🤍
