All you had to do was show up and say “I do.” 🤍

You spend a year planning. Pinning ideas, saving inspiration photos, sending “what about this?” texts at midnight.

Then the weekend comes, and the worrying is supposed to stop. Here’s how we make sure it does.

THE DAY BEFORE, WE’RE RIGHT THERE WITH YOU.
Setting tables, draping, and pulling together every detail from your inspiration so nothing is left for the morning of.

ON THE DAY, IT’S HANDLED.
If something needs to be moved, found, fixed, or set up, our team is already on it. Most of the time you’ll never even know.

SO YOU GET TO BE PRESENT.
Not checking the timeline. Not answering vendor calls. Just walking down the aisle, dancing with your person, and taking it all in.

Choose our all-inclusive package, or add just what you need to any venue rental, from catering and florals to setup
and coordination, and this can be your weekend too. Your vision, our hands, and a weekend that feels like family.

Planning your wedding? Send this to your fiancé and tap the link in our bio to check your date. 📅

One of my favorite details from Vanessa & Vladimir’s ceremony I prepared 🥰🤍 The groom chose “Risk It All” for his entrance, and we brought Spanish into the bilingual arrangement. So grateful I got to perform these custom selections for them at @gathereventsukiah

There’s something so special about watching a couple bring their family, their friends, and their vision together to celebrate one unforgettable day. 🤍

It was such an honor to welcome Vanessa & Vladimir to Gather Events and watch their wedding planning come to life, surrounded by the people they love most enjoying all those small little details envisioned by you.

Their day was the perfect reminder that a destination wedding doesn’t have to mean leaving the country;
Sometimes, it means taking a road trip, discovering a unique new place, and turning your wedding into an experience your family and friends will remember for ever!

Here at Gather Events, it’s where city meets country. A place to get away, breath fresh air, connect with nature, and celebrate love, family, and friendships.

Destination does not have to be far, it just needs to magical!

Vanessa & Vladimir, thank you for choosing Gather Events and trusting us with such an important day. It was truly an honor to share it with you and your loved ones.

If a California destination wedding is calling your name, we’d love to welcome you to Gather Events. 🤍 gathereventsukiah.com to book your tour today #gathereventsukiah #destinationwedding #weddingvenue
