| VIVE CYCLE’s Worship Ride |

The class that inspired me to step outside my comfort zone and start leading faith-based cycle classes of my own.

Thank you Morgan, for such a beautiful worship ride last night. Walking out of your class I felt so full and refreshed. There is something so special about being surrounded by people with hearts focused on Jesus, moving our bodies, and lifting His name together. My heart is so encouraged and inspired by what you are doing.

For a little over six years, I’ve attended cycle classes with a dream of teaching my own one day. When I came across Morgan’s worship cycle classes in Tennessee on social media, I felt so inspired. I remember wishing we had something like that here in Minnesota.

As I began to take my faith more seriously and leave behind a lukewarm faith, I started feeling convicted about attending cycle and workout classes that played explicit or secular music. We all have our own convictions, and while I loved my gym, I felt the Lord calling me to step out in faith and use the passions He has given me for worship music and cycling.

In June of 2026 the Lord provided a space close to home (The Hallett Center in Crosby, MN) where I began leading faith-based cycle classes. What once felt like a dream has become a reality, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Praise God for uplifting Christian music and the ability to move our bodies as Worship! What a beautiful reminder that worship can happen anywhere, even on a bike.

Mixing faith and fitness has changed my life, and I pray it encourages others to experience that same Joy.🤍

Romans 12:1 —
So dear brothers & sisters, give your bodies to God. Because of all He has done for you. Let them be a living sacrifice.

It’s fun out here. It looks great out here. Us millennials are aging differently, feeling fabulous, investing in ourselves, and having the time of our lives. A little high maintenance to be low maintenance… a lot of happiness, and absolutely no apologies.

It takes a village…Who’s with me??

I look at these and just want to cryyyyy because wow.

A few years ago, I really just decided I wanted to feel better. I wanted to be stronger, healthier, more confident, and honestly just happier in my own skin.

So I started. little by little, everything changed.

Movement became such a huge part of my life, and eventually it led to opening VIVE. (Coming up on 2 years??!!!)

Now I get to help other people feel stronger, more confident, more capable, and more like themselves too.

I’m just really proud of myself & everyone I’ve met along the way.

Give yourself permission to change your life. You really really can.

This body is a TEMPLE. I don’t worship it….I honor the God who gave it to me.

I train it.
I nourish it.
I protect it.
I keep it pure.
I strengthen it.

Every rep is evidence that I chose discipline when excuses would’ve been easier.

At 41, I’m not trying to look 21.

I’m becoming the strongest, healthiest, most disciplined version of the woman God called me to be.

Truth set me free. 🪽
Prayer strengthened my spirit. 🛡️
Discipline strengthened my mind. 🪖
Weights strengthened my body. 💪
And GOD gets the glory for all of it. 🙏🏽

So yes, I caught myself flexing in the mirror.

Because sometimes you have to stop, look at the woman staring back at you and say:

Sis… THE WORK IS WORKING. 🔥
