Dolomites | Summer 2026

Calm 3 day hike in the Italian Dolomites with 2 nights in Refugios along our trek. Beautiful scenery and more to come in the next post. We ended up hitchhiking when we finished because there were no buses running in the town we ended in. Luckily, we found someone who was kind enough to drive us to the train station 3 towns over.

It’s been a busy last few weeks for the Acid Tourist. Plains, trains, and automobiles to say the least.

𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 | 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼
This all started with this year’s visit to Black Rock City, reuniting with friends, including @jaketherapper. 🌈 I was rather dusty for the decompression event at @deadringer_reno going b2b with my friends @nico_stojan, @nikisadeki, and @saqib_music. A few days later, I headed up for some fun at my friends Liz & Gary’s place in Truckee, and then played at the @loonerscamp fundraiser at the Italian traveling @zoppe_circus in town. Next, I was off to San Francisco that Friday to play at @the_kazbah fundraiser with Mr. Stojan again, @m.o.n.r.o.e._music, Grace Arribas, Vivi Santana, and @ali_fromouterspace. We stayed with my dear friend, @brunch_life, and saw some old friends and made some new ones in the wee hours of the morning. After some more quality time in the mountains, I flew to Miami to play @donotsit for an extended set. It was so lovely to be back after a two-year break.

𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 | 𝗠𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗹𝘆𝗻
From there the journey continued on the east coast in Brooklyn to play the second annual @sunrisession.tv x @beltmill_ Block Party. What a fun reunion of so many good homies, and best described as the perfect autumn afternoon, but extra sunny. So nice to be back in my hometown. Shortly after, a visit to Brooklyn’s newest night club addition, @refuge.nyc to see my friends @analog_soul_ do their magic with one the finest sound system installs in the city in recent years.

Thank you to everyone I played for, friends that hosted us along the way, and all those who joined us for the good times on the dance floor…

There is no rest for the wicked as I join @parties4peace x @blueplanetallianceorg for a Climate Week event at the Hard Rock Hotel 𝑻𝑶𝑵𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 for talks and live performances, where I will provide some musical goodies alongside with @djlaurenritter, @catorimusica, and @nefurmusic, with original artwork and visuals from @vexta.
