When a stylist leaves the nest, transition is everything. Saying goodbye and letting go of a team member is never easy especially someone like Mallory. Mallory joined us in 2020 as a new Stylist. She rose the ranks from the bottom to the top over the next six years and became one of our proudest legacies. We’re so excited for her new adventure and want her to know that as family, if she ever needs us, we’re always just a phone call away.

We love you, Mallory. Good luck and always remember… you don’t hang up on family! 🌋❤️

Continuing Education is CRITICAL to Lava’s culture and team. And who better to learn from than your own peers! Our first ever #tedtalks about hair. @briersglamlife and @emmagraydoeshair taught us how important #guestconsultations are. @goodness.gracious.chs showed us techniques for the hugely popular #bixiehaircut and @thehairdoer gave us her must do’s and how to’s for social media.
