Quick long story…

@digitaljeff and I probably hadn’t seen each other in person since 2015, right before Leaders Create Leaders with Gerard Adams came about.

We shot a couple things together back then, but after that, life took us in different directions. We stayed connected through social media and kept in touch over the years, but somehow 10+ years went by without us actually being in the same room.

Jeff was in Chicago last weekend and reached out to let me know he was here. We got a chance to link up, break bread, catch up on life and have some really dope conversations.

What made it even more special was finally getting to meet his wife @ssusie_09 after all these years, and having him meet my wife @noori0202 too. It was one of those moments where you realize how much life has happened since the last time you sat across from each other.

Shout out to @vixchy too, who I got to meet for the first time. Beautiful person and great energy.

Really grateful for moments like this. Friendships can go years without being in the same room, but when the connection is genuine, you can sit down a decade later and it feels like you just picked up where you left off.

Looking forward to more moments like this with you all. Much love, Jeff. 🙏🏽

Los Cabos did us well.

Looking back on this powerful event of learning, fellowship and impact I wanted to share some keys focal points of the event with you.

Mind you, this event held over 300 entrepreneurs from around the world coming together to learn how to be better stewards of business and leadership; how they can hire more efficiently, optimize their systems more effectively and scale to the levels God has called them to. It was a blessing to see, and even more so a blessing to be a part of.

For those who've seen this journey of growth... this team has come a long way from hosting meditation and leadership meetings at @realryanblair 's home.😅

Now back to the keys.

First 🔑
Faith- Trusting in the vision that has been gifted to you. There's a reason the gift, the vision, the idea was given to you. In many cases its far beyond what can be explained. Despite the circumstances or lack of readiness... its yours. Trust in Him to help you navigate.

Second 🔑
Clarity- in many cases this can be seen as focus and discernment. Knowing what matters most. Knowing what to prioritize and how to say no to what doesn't make the cut.

Third 🔑
Execution- be willing to take action, build with a level of excellence... disciplined in your commitments long after the feeling of action-taking has left you. This is moving with a sense of purpose. Understanding that what you're building, the leadership you're developing will impact those long after you.

Final🔑
Stewardship- this is diligence... In not only how you manage your resources... (income, assets, relationships etc.) But how you manage your own personal growth journey. Your healing journey, your relationship with money, your mindset, your body. Its being strategic with the gifts God has gifted to you because they've been given for the purpose to compound the kingdom. But if you're not willing to grow you will mismanage a blessing that can impact generations.

I hope this helped.

I love this team and this community. I pray I can continue to grow in these keys to manage this opportunity I have to be growing blessing to others.

Blessings,
Go Conquer.
