As I’ve gotten older, my birthday celebrations have started to look a little different. 💗 Over the past couple of years, I’ve experienced health challenges that have slowed my body down, and wellness has become a way for me to celebrate my body, honor it, and appreciate all that it is still able to do each day.

This year, I’m celebrating with movement, and community while kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month in memory of my best friend, whose life was taken by this disease. 🎀 Her memory is one I carry with me, and dedicating this day to her makes this birthday even more meaningful.

For her, for all the pink warriors, and for all of us who are grateful for another year — come move, celebrate, and honor life with me. 💕 Enjoying Latin house beats by the best! @vjeddiemix
