A different kind of shoot on the streets of Porto. A sports-inspired series and a new experience for me.

Que noite inesquecível! ❤️

Marca a tua aula e começa connosco.

What you see in the video is a more advanced practice.
But at PILATES.UP, every class is tailored to you, whether you’re experienced or just starting out.

In group or one-on-one sessions, the focus is always on mindful movement, inner strength, and balance.

The person in the video is a break dance teacher, and like many dancers, he found in Pilates a quiet foundation that strengthens everything else.

All levels are welcome. Every body moves at its own pace.

Book your class and begin with us.
