“Drive to Me” is out now! I would be lying if I said I’ve ever had more fun creating a song in my life. I wrote it in my childhood bedroom in California two years ago, and immediately knew I needed to bring it to Kaleb. He has such a wonderful way of taking exactly what I’m feeling in a song and translating it in the studio. We have sessions that are twelve hours long and feel like two, just because of the energy we get to capture and hold on to while we work together. I’ll never get tired of eating pho and listening to mkgee with Clay on our recording breaks, or watching my dad track cymbals lol. I’m so forever grateful for the work that Kaleb and I do together and I feel like the luckiest person ever that I met him. AND this song is even more special because I got to shoot a music video for it!! Seriously thank you thank you thank you to everyone involved in that process; the walking through Brooklyn, rain in prospect park, and holding the umbrella above my head will never be forgotten. I’m so lucky to make music and so lucky to do it with the people in my life. Thank you to everyone who’s ever streamed Della, to everyone who likes this song, to everyone who’s watched the music video. I love you and I can’t WAIT for you to see what’s next 📝🚖🌀🤍
