Great mentors start with great communication.

As part of our Mentor Selection, we had the opportunity to learn directly from Ma’am Vera Makki about something that lies at the heart of mentorship: communication.

From choosing the right words to truly listening and understanding others, we learned that being a good communicator isn’t simply about speaking well. It’s about building trust, creating connections, and knowing how to reach the person in front of you.

And for a mentor, that makes all the difference.

We’re taking these lessons with us—not only throughout the selection process, but also into our journey of becoming mentors who can listen, guide, and grow alongside their mentees.

Thank you, Ma’am Vera, for giving us a fresh perspective and reminding us that every meaningful connection begins with communication.

Hello Good People, #MondayInspiration Strong leadership is not about choosing between being masculine or feminine, it’s about embracing both.

Women leaders often carry resilience, focus, and strength. Men leaders who succeed often show compassion, tenderness, and care. True leadership shines when these qualities work together, strength with empathy, focus with kindness✨
